Guest Screening: 🚨 For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. HVAC System: The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - YOUR COMFORT MATTERS All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. - Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. - Check-in: 4:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. - Sending packages (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Best Buy) to the property address is not permitted. - Washcloths are not provided. Cleaning Policy: If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) • Damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy) • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: • Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. • Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. • party on property $300 fine.
