Tolles Hotel, sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit meinen älteren Eltern und unseren Kindern dort und waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung und würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der einzige negative Punkt war die Entfernung von der Hauptstraße.

Nun, vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise hatten wir das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, nichts war zu viel Mühe. Die geschlossene Küche bestellte uns etwas zum Mitnehmen. 1 Toilette im Zimmer verstopft, 2 Stunden später repariert. Man kann gar nicht genug für die Bewirtung bezahlen, wir fühlten uns so willkommen und umsorgt, wir würden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr für eine dritte Reise wiederkommen, die Familie arbeitet so lange, aber nichts ist zu viel Ärger für sie, das Essen ist herrlich, also gastfreundlich, wenn Sie sich über ein sauberes Zimmer zum Schlafen ohne Schnickschnack freuen, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie, Highley kann es empfehlen. Hotel in perfekter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand oder der Stadt Tsvilli entfernt, wo es nicht an Restaurants mangelt (Benikos, Brothers, Anna's Kitchen und Magdelanas, um nur einige zu nennen). Wir waren dort, um meinen 50. Geburtstag zu feiern, die Bar war gut dekoriert Luftballons und brachten einen Kuchen heraus. Alle anderen Gäste sprachen mit Ihnen und gaben allen das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, als wären Sie ein Teil der Familie, auch die Leute, die wiederkommen. Was mich berührt, ist ein Rückkehrer, der seit 16 Jahren dorthin zurückkehrt. Als seine Frau zurückkam, hängten sie ein Bild des Respekts für ihn auf und erlaubten ihr, etwas von seiner Asche in einen Blumentopf mit einer Pflanze darin zu legen ... .. DAS WÜRDEN SIE IN KEINEM ANDEREN HOTEL BEKOMMEN, IN DEM ICH KEINE RABATT ... Wenn Sie ein All-Inclusive-, schickes, vornehmes Hotel suchen, dann buchen Sie hier nicht. ......... Es ist ein rustikales, einfaches Hotel , aber keine Gäste sind nur eine Nummer, ich nenne Sie immer beim Vornamen ... im Grunde bleiben Sie lieber hier als woanders.

We are on our last night and can honestly say we WILL return. Our first week was unsettling with the events between family however, it’s been fab, enjoyable and things calmed down a lot. The staff are amazing and would do anything to ensure your stay is as best it can be. Mosquitos, they are everywhere on the island! Take decent deterrent and sprays with you, the shops all sell them. We are already talking about booking again and we aren’t even home yet. Basic, clean enough and not too far from most amenities. A reminder - if you expect 5 star facilities, book an extortionately overpriced spa resort, Greek charm alone is more than enough. Your trip is what you make of it! We have some amazing memories and have met some amazing people. Just awesome! Thank you Giannis and team. X

This place would be great if it was updated. Great location about a 10 minute walk into town. The rooms are very basic Greek type rooms. Need a very good clean and new mattress and pillows as they was very hard and stained and the sheets didn't really fit the beds and was very used. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better as it was bad in places. Yannie is amazing he cannot do enough for you he basically runs that place alone. As previous review the arguing in front of guests needs to stop as it is loud and nasty. Pool area is good, never struggled to get a sun bed and some do need to be replaced. The food at the bar is nice and reasonable priced drinks. Bar closes at 2am music finishes at midnight but it continues to be loud. Get plenty of mozzi spray for your self and the room as it was really bad for bugs and bites. Supermarkets round the corner sells plenty. Get 1 electric hob and kettle and basic cutlery 2 plates 2 cups 2 glasses. NO bottle opener, tin opener etc.

What can we say! If you want luxury, then you are looking in the wrong place. This is a no frills, basic accommodation but the welcome you get from Yiannis is wonderful. He’s a great guy that remembers your name, asks how your day is/what you’ve been up to if you’ve been out & his laugh is infectious! The whole place (for want of a better term) is tired. The pool area needs a good clean & sun beds replaced. The rooms are basic but functional although, the lighting isn’t great, the sockets are not in a great place, the shower curtain could do with being replaced plus a whole list of things I could mention. However, it’s a very friendly place & we met so many lovely people, people who return year upon year. So if some attention was paid to all the little things then this place would be amazing. Yes, we would come back but as Zante isn’t the biggest island, we would wait a couple of years before returning.

Well yet again this hotel just gives more and more .Such a warm welcome not only from owners but guests as well . New member of staff Trudi a real star , good asset to the hotel. Nothing to much trouble here , you want it they can help with it .Honestly don't go by bad negative reviews as I said before this hotel is a 2 star family run hotel , not a swanky 4 star commercialy run place . Good old basic clean family orientated friendly hotel .Keep up the good work .
