sehr angenehmes Hotel. Sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Private Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenfrei. Lage etwas ausserhalb aber mit dem Auto optimal gelegen. Diese letzte Zeile nur um die mindestvorgabe an Buchstaben zu erfüllen aber das Hotel ist Top.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and with maid service each day. I opted for a small room because I was solo but they have larger rooms for couples and small families. Less than a 10-minute walk from the train station with convenient service to Florence, Assisi, and Orvieto. Food options are plentiful. Up the hill from the hotel is the lovely Cathedral with more shopping and food options. The hotel is central, on the main roundabout/rotary, but sleeping was not a problem. I'll be back. WiFi available but I walked over to an internet coffee/pastry shop, sipping espresso while I did some work on my computer.

My mother and I booked a room the day before and drove from Lucca to Arezzo. We ate dinner at the hotel and also had breakfast the following morning. Both were buffets and had a great selection. I was very impressed with the wait staff - they were so attentive and nice to all the diners. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly as well. We booked a standard room with 2 beds and it was fine. The shower was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel was easy to find (not always the case in Italy)

Dieses Hotel braucht sicherlich einen Gesichtslift auf allen Fronten! Von der Dekoration bis zu den Gastfreundschaftsniveaus. Geburtstag und fast dünn dieser Ort war kaum verwaltet, da wir sehr spät in der Nacht kamen und früh am Morgen geprüft. Sie hatten den ganzen Ort wie eine Sauna erwärmt. Und alle dekorativen Dekorationen im Zimmer haben uns auch ein bisschen auseinandergedreht. Wenn nicht für die ausgezeichnete Lage, hätten wir nie diesen Ort gewählt!
