酒店距離火車站不遠，距離老城中心也近，沿Corso Italia往上走，很快就到Santa Maria Pieve教堂（瓦薩里出生後在那裡受洗），還有大廣場。店內工作人員盡責友善。相當好的一家店。

Small hotel on the 4th floor of a centrally located,old, office building. Reached by an old elevator. Location is great. Breakfast is simple and fine. The staff is nice and friendly. However, it's far from a 4 star hotel. It's old, and pretty dark. The front desk is staffed till 9 pm. They Gove you 3 keys to open the building, the 4th floor, and your room. There's no lobby to the building. The paint is falling from the wall on the way to the elevator. The fruits left in our room are a nice gesture, but we're soft and borderline rotten. The hotel street sign outside is of 4 stars, but it's more of like 2. I'll be generous and give them 3 because of the nice staff. So, for a 4 star expectation, the are unacceptable. If the expectation is 2 star, they are good.

The hotel is old and dark. We arrive and were surprised because is in the 4th floor with just a small and dirty elevator. What was supposed to be a boutique hotel is just an old hotel in need of a lot of work. The room was big but that is the only good thing to say. The floor on the room moved as we walked! It was so bad that we refused to stay and looked for other hotel. The room was prepayed (for a week) and in spite of our request for return some of the payment they slimply refused. Ok it was their right but we did not sleep there a single nigth! The location is very central but thats all.

Fatiscente. Statene alla larga, perché le foto ufficiali che vedere probabilmente sono state fatte con Photoshop. Solo alcune perle. Sia in bagno che in camera, probabilmente perché il riscaldamento non è funzionante, ci si scalda con due stufette. Tessuti sporchi e lisi. Alla sala della colazione non ci siamo nemmeno avvicinati. Si entra da un porticato lurido e non certo frequentato dall'alta società aretina. Esperienza disastrosa.

Non è un hotel ma un b&b abbastanza trasandato. La notte non c'è nessuna assistenza se non un numero per le emergenze. Gli scuri della finestra in camera hanno i chiavistelli che non corrispondono ai lacci e quindi non funzionano, ma è solo un esempio. I servizi non esistono. Prenotato un car valet, avvisato come richiesto 40 minuti prima, non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci. La receptionist ci ha detto che stava arrivando e che ci voleva il tempo che ci voleva. Velatamente ci ha minacciato di farci pagare il servizio non ricevuto. Ci è stato chiesto il pagamento delle stanze con una differenza di alcuni Euro rispetto alla email di conferma della prenotazione. Errore che io stesso ho evidenziato ma, tra persone civili, chi sbaglia deve assumersi le responsabilità e quindi avrebbero dovuto rispettare quanto da loro stessi richiesto. Unico vantaggio la posizione centrale. Prezzo esageratamente elevato per la pessima qualità di struttura e servizi.

Hotel situato al 4 piano di un edificio storico proprio a ridosso dell'inizio del centro ztl comodissimo per girare poi il centro a piedi. Anche l'arredamento è in stile. Buona colazione. Staff gentile.Servizio di car valet a pagamento nmolto apprezzato.

Spettabili Reception, mi date l’occasione di esprimere un giudizio sul Vs hotel 4 stelle (??), bene. Molto deluso dalla struttura, le immagini che girano sul web ingannano, a vederle sembrerebbe di entrare nella reggia di Caserta, magari. La nostra sicuramente non lo era come le foto che allego vi potranno aiutare a capire meglio la situazione. Il lenzuolo presentava delle increspature veramente imbarazzanti (appena rifatto). La seduta della poltroncina della camera è sporca, molto sporca, ecc. sopra la porta, per coprire un vetro, è stato posizionato un pezzo di stoffa fissato con le puntine da disegno bianche, la porta d’ingresso che struscia rumorosamente sul pavimento (basterebbe una rondella). Avrei altre cose da dirvi ma sicuramente le sapete già. Sicuramente non soggiornerò più nella Vs struttura. Distintamente
