What a lovely B&B just a few minutes walk to the city center in Arezzo. We arrived very early due to a train strike which necessitated taking a car service from Nocera Umbra to Arezzo. The charming owners let us drop our bags so we could walk around town unencumbered. Once we checked into our room, we were so pleased with how thoughtfully appointed everything is. Simple, elegant, and beautiful. Our room even has a little private terrace where I am writing this review. I do suggest having a data plan on your phone as Wi-Fi here and throughout the region can be spotty. The breakfast was also simple but perfect. Homemade yogurt with all the toppings is one of my favorite things, so I was more than happy! Lovely cappuccino and americqno coffee were had on the beautiful and oh so fragrant terrace. I think it was the honeysuckle that just was divine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owners had a large assortment of gluten and dairy free items if that’s a concern. They even make homemade soy yogurt.

We stayed here for just one night but our experience was lovely. The owners are incredibly helpful and flexible. They let us in early to store our bags, provided a lovely breakfast spread and were welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with what you need. Quiet area a bit outside of the main part of town but less than a 10-min walk. Even closer to the train station.

This place is gorgeous. Bright, practical, spacious, with very tasteful high-quality deco. It has a very easy-going relaxed feeling about it and the hosts are delightful. Very practical for the station and lots of bike space. I can't rate it highly enough.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We stayed here on our anniversary trip and absolutely loved it. The hosts were so communicative via WhatsApp before we even got there and throughout our stay. The rooms and terrace were comfortable and the breakfast was great! For the price we couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were so kind and helpful and we felt very valued as guests. I would stay here again if we visit this area.

A great choice for anyone visiting the lovely town or Arezzo. The B and B is an easy walk from both the train station and the historic centre, situated in a quiet side street. There are only a small number of rooms and the two hosts look after the guests very well. We had a large room with direct access to the terrace. It was spacious and extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay including a fridge, hairdryer, lovely shower, toiletries and very clever lighting. Breakfast was served on the terrace and had a range of fresh produce. Those with food allergies are very well catered for. Arezzo is a very interesting town to explore with easy train access if you wish to explore the surrounding area.

PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO interno solo per MOTO e biciclette. Vicinissimo al centro, appena fuori le mura cittadine che si raggiungono a piedi in un paio di minuti. Camere ampie, moderne, ben arredate con tutti i confort (dalla bottiglia di vino rosso con i calici, alla macchina del caffè, al bollitore per l'acqua, al frigorifero). Letto ampio e comodo, bagno super. Colazione ... siamo al Paradiso. C'è tutto e di più con anche yogurt fatto in casa, porridge, uova sode, vari tipi di torte, tutti i possibili cereali e semi edibili sulla faccia della terra. Il terrazzino è bellissimo. V&F sono assolutamente splendidi. Io in un posto così non ci soggiornavo da anni.
