Excelente hotel. Nos dieron una habitación grandísima y para nuestra sorpresa con una terraza muy amplia. Nos ha sorprendido positivamente el tamaño de las habitaciones. Todo muy limpio y el personal fue muy amable

Hotel muy muy justito, te alojas con un pack romántico y te ponen habitación con 2 camas, peligrosa bañera donde es muy fácil resbalar y no puedes utilizar la ducha. El pack incluye uso del balneario pero si quieres albornoz para ir con el bañador desde la habitación al spa te cobran 5€ por unidad. El spa es pequeñito y mucha gente a la vez. muchas humedades por todo el hotel, necesita una reforma integral. El buffet de la cena es lamentable, de 3 bandejas, había 2 vacías y gente esperando algo para comer.Si no tienes la cena incluida con el alojamiento pagarás 14€ por persona. El desayuno más de lo mismo. No recomiendo alojarse aquí.

Balneario excelente, tratamientos variados y personal excelente. Este Hotel-Balneario admite turnos de IMSERSO y son muy reducidos por lo que la atención es personalizada. El lugar entre los montes Urkiola y Gorbeia (ambos parques naturales) es privilegiado.

Lugar muy bien ubicado con un paisaje maravilloso. La recepcion y el servicio muy amable y profesional. Caracter familiar. Tratamientos personalizados. Restaurante tranquilo con bufet libre muy bueno y equilibrado. Terrazas muy agradables con buena vista. Parking al aire libre, grande y muy cuidado. Recomendable para relajacion. Estoy muy agradecido por su atencion.

Las instalaciones estan bien. El ambiente es agradable. Las habitaciones son cómodas sin mucho mas que destacar. La atencion de la gente del spa (piscinas) es muy buena, muy amables. Lo mismo el chico del masaje. Quizas deberían poner mas atencion en la calidad del desayuno y el mantenimiento del area exterior...

Estuvimos doce días , es un hotel familiar acorde con sus estrellas , la atención muy bien,en el comedor bufet muy completo y variado y todo muy satisfactorio, la habitación amplia y limpia ,el balneario muy bien y la atención por parte de los trabajadores muy buena y para rematar está ubicado en un sitio estratégico para conocer el país vasco con lugares espectaculares.
