Das Hotelpersonal rief mir Taxis und Apotheken, und Faby half mir beim Auspacken meiner Schmerzmittel, aber ansonsten war es nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Ich bat um Hilfe beim Packen meines Gepäcks, woraufhin sie sich unkooperativ zeigten (obwohl sie mir halfen, es in die Lobby zu bringen). Sie weigerten sich, mein Gepäck in die Niederlande zu schicken."

"Such a wonderful hotel, literally ON the beach in Arcachon. Rooms are beautiful, and even though we weren’t sea-side, we had a fabulous outlook over the old town. Bit of a hiccup when we arrived and were taken to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but that was quickly smoothed over. And something lost in translation at lunch when they brought me a dish I hadn’t ordered, and the waitress didn’t seem best pleased. But overall, the staff were so friendly and professional, and the hotel is just lovely."

"Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay having looked forward to it. The hotel itself is lovely and they did a great job renovating this old house but there is work to do to justify the pricing. The biggest problem for us was being put into a room [Room 4] geared towards the disabled. That meant a walk in shower which we do not like, a raised toilet bowl which is a bit weird especially if you are short and a difficult arrangement for drying hair (poor mirror placement and a basic dryer with too short a lead. We should have been told of this in advance so we could have either requested a different room or allowed to cancel. We had a few other gripes as well e.g no milk in room for tea/coffee, toilet paper was only added to on our last day and the soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. The staff though were very good and the breakfast, although limited, was adequate."

"Sehr angenehm Aufenthalt im hyperzentrum von Arcachon. Gut eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr gut ausgestattet (Tassimo, Kochfeld, Mini-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle),und das notwendige für das Frühstück geliefert. Kleine Tisch draußen sehr angenehm. Ich empfehle diese Adresse!!"
