Hotels mit Frühstück in Arcachon

Very profesionnal staff, smooth check-in and good at handling tourists and their enquiries. Well equipped room and you can really enjoy the market and the food bought there as you can simply cook or reheat back in your room. Location is perfect, very close to anything: train station, supermarket, beach, shops etc… Housekeeping is inconsistent and varies with the staff. Only one WiFi connection (unsecured) which prevented me to connect with my work PC.

Wir waren das 3. Mal im Hotel Le B d'Arcachon und hatten wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und helfen jeder Zeit gerne weiter. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage. Es war wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber. Auch der Zimmerservice war super. Das Frühstück ist für französische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl, alles ist frisch. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, es gibt Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Safe, Kapselmaschine, eine separate Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, für den man den Code an der Rezeption bekommt. Als Bar gibt es nur einen großen Kühlschrank im Foyer, den auch die Rezeption öffnet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auf dem Dach ist eine große Terrasse mit Liegen. Von hier schaut man auf viele Dächer und in der Ferne auf den Yachthafen. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar hundert Metern im Hafen oder in der Restaurantmeile. Den Abzug gibt es für die wirklich super kleinen Zimmer. Es ist absolut unmöglich, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Und dafür ist der Preis verdammt hoch.

This was the second time we have stayed at Les Bains d’Arguin. We has specifically asked not to be in a certain room which we had last year. We had booked an Executive room with a view of the Bassin. Please note all these rooms look onto the car park with a very limited view of the Bassin if you are standing right out on the small balcony. Last year our room overlooked the bins and staff entrance to the kitchen. Once we checked in and were given our keys, we discovered that we had exactly the same room as the previous year and I went back to Reception to ask to change room. We had specifically asked not to be in that room and having booked 3 months earlier they had certainly had prior warning. The Receptionist said there was nothing she could do for 5 days until a large group checked out. I complained that it wasn’t good enough and it was our second visit to the Hotel. So we had to stick with this awful, dark room and the smell of the bins wafting up every time we opened the balcony doors. The rooms are very tired and would need some investment. The shower door leaked as it had done the year before. You are given paper cups instead of glasses. The bath robes were very worn and had seen better days. The Staff in the Thalasso were not very welcoming either and it seemed like we were bothering them when trying to book some treatments. I managed to book a couple of treatments but found them very average. Both of the treatments were carried out by staff who had only been there a few months and I found them quite inexperienced. My cuticles are still recovering from the manicure I had. The Thalasso centre itself is quite nice and the indoor pool is very nice. The outdoor pool was very cold and it is always difficult to find a sun bed. Guests fight over them and people are constantly on the move between treatments. We had booked half board and the breakfast is passable, nothing special. I however did enjoy the evening meals and I think this is the highlight of this hotel. The meals are well balanced and enjoyable. The Staff in the Restaurant are probably the nicest in the whole of the Hotel. We did ask one evening why the service was taking so long and we were told as the Hotel was full it would be like this for the next 15 days! The French lack of Customer Service does make me laugh at times. Luckily the hotel is situated 400m from a very nice beach. The centre of Arcachon is quite a walk away but always a joy to visit. We also really liked La Mouette which is the next beach and town up from the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would never go back to it. It is no way a 4 star hotel. I would give it a very low 3 stars. They really need to invest in the upkeep of the hotel and in staff Customer training. Although I love this area of France, I wouldn’t want to be disappointed again and not enjoy my well earned holiday. I absolutely hate feeling stressed on holiday and having to fight for what I feel I have paid for.

An outstanding hotel in the centre of Arcachon and a few metres from the beach with sea views. I had a single room with a terrace and sea view and it was very large. The shower had a rain man shower head and water jets. They provide you with a glass water bottle which you can fill up at the filtered water machine in the corridor. I had an expresso machine and a kettle and fridge in the room. The reception staff were so very kind, friendly and helpful. They offered us towels, chairs and parasols to use at the beach on loan for free for the day and went out of their way to tell us what fun things we could go and see and do in the town and on the water. Thank you! I would definitely recommend the hotel and the sea view room.

Ich wähle dieses Hotel aufgrund einer Hochzeitsparty im Arcachon Harbor. Das Personal hat sich auf mehrere Anfragen leicht und ansprechend gehalten und wir finden uns mit der Familie mit mehreren Zimmern. Die Flexibilität des Personals war eine nette Unterstützung, um die verschiedenen Reservierungen und individuellen Anfragen zu erleichtern. Das Zimmer war nett, sauber und komfortabel mit guter Klimaanlage. Ich habe auch das Frühstücksbuffet mit köstlichen lokalen Brot oder Kuchen geschätzt. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel gut gelegen, um alles Fuß in Arcachon zu tun. Ich bedaure nur, dass ich nicht mehr konnte bleiben, um es ein wenig länger genießen.

A lovely stay in this quaint and comfortable family owned hotel. Everyone from the front desk ( Phoebe especially) to the housekeeping was helpful and friendly. The owner, madame Martin was present most of the days and gave us a much appreciated address to go eat oysters from the locals. Our ocean view room had a balcony ,and was nicely appointed. The bathroom was a good size with a shower. The room had a Nespresso machine which was appreciated. Downstairs, the beach - themed lounge had a large screened computer and we could get a drink there. Overall a great stay. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends!

Wir haben ein durchschnittliches 3-star Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt gewählt. Frühstück war ein zusätzlicher €11, und mit der zusätzlichen lokalen Tourismussteuer, bezahlten wir 140 € pro Nacht pro Paar. Auf der Seite waren die Zwillinge schlafend und komfortabel, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, es gab konstant heißes Wasser, das Frühstück war ein riesiges und ausgezeichnetes Buffet mit freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal, und wir fanden immer einen Platz im Autopark. Auf der Minus Seite waren die Zimmer klein und datiert, nur ein Bett hatte einen Betttisch, so dass der harte Formica-Sitz musste als Ersatz, keine Mini-Bar, keine Tee- und Kaffee-Anlagen verwendet werden; es gab nicht einmal Glas für Trinken und/oder Zahn Reinigung - stattdessen nur zwei sehr schlanke Papierbecher. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Eingangssaal, mit Kapseln für €1 vom Büropersonal, (wenn sie dort waren), obwohl es viel Platz unter dem Büro im Zimmer, um eine Mini-Bar installiert, Mit einer Tasse und einer Kehle auf der Spitze. Wenn das Hotel komplett neu gestaltet werden könnte, mit weniger und größeren Schlafzimmern und mehr Gästekomfort, könnte dies ein wunderschönes 3-star Hotel sein ; wie es ist, ist es 2-star zu 3-star Preisen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da, und ich war einfach enttäuscht; hätten wir dort für einen Wochenurlaub gewesen, hätte es es zerstört.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geplatzt, was es ermöglicht hat, die Arcachon unter idealen Bedingungen zu nutzen. Alter 4*, es ist derzeit 3*, aber es droht, noch eine zu verlieren, ohne einige tiefere Erfrischungsarbeiten! Die Zimmer wurden leicht gefriert (Anmerkung zum Design des Originalwaschmaschines!) und die nicht vorhandenen Gemeindeteile. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und variiert, aber die Versorgung mit dem Buffet hängt in hohem Maße von den vorhandenen Teams ab. Ich habe im Bereich der Betreuung auch bemerkenswerte Unterschiede hinsichtlich der Freundlichkeit gefunden, und es ist immer noch überrascht, dass ich beim Ankunft das Frühstück bezahlen musste, während das Zimmer bereits vollständig bezahlt wurde und wir Wir hätten andere Verbrauchsaufwendungen während der Aufenthalt zu bezahlen nehmen können. Pingre auf Blick auf ein Zimmer in Rechnung 250 Euros! Dies sagt und um auf einen positiven Touch zu enden, die Aufenthalt, der Balkon und die Terrasse mit Pool bleiben ein Must im Sommer in Arcachon!
