10分滿意的一次體驗，酒店偏僻，建議進去的時候直接聯繫酒店，必須要越野車才可以進去。普通的商務車進，也走不了沙漠區域。建議直接與酒店聯繫。環境裝修食物服務，全部滿分。晚餐時間，用餐還有現場音樂表演。還有浮潛體驗，中東奶茶體驗，有免費及自費項目，按自己的喜好選擇。中东的旅游体驗非常良好，下次遠也會再安排進去。

Very beautiful hotel. Wonderful outside landscape and amazing interior decoration. The staff is very pleasant and always available to meet the guest expectations. The food is also good. There are very interesting activities to relax and enjoy the stay. We would definitely would like to return.

Everything was completely amazing and clean. As we were honeymooners, we received a cake, and congratulations card. complemented fruits nuts etc: thank you all as everything was lovely, and I was so grateful for the beautiful rooms. Was lovely staying in this place. So clean and spotless. and the entire housekeeping and bell, buggy drivers, and the rest of the people act fast. Thanks for the beautiful memories.

We have had the most amazing wonderful time in this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived until the time when we sadly had to leave, everything was just perfect! Our room was gorgeous, with the most comfortable huge bed! Gorgeous bathroom with a fabulous shower and everything was sparkling clean! On our last day, almost last hour we requested Sri Lankan Housekeeper to assist us just to dry our 4pcs of swimming wears. He done it on time and delivered it with wrapping polytechnic bag. When my husband trying yo paid him cash on the spot, his reply was ** Thank you very much for choosing our resort"* Drying was on complimentary* please come back. This gent is sn ambassador to your beautiful resort. The location of the hotel is just magnificent! The views of the Ocean restaurant and bar is breathtaking! The food served at every mealtime is just alright. With a less choice of menu and No buffet serves or theme nights here But the absolutely exceptional staff! They are all so professional, friendly and hardworking and

The positives: Great hospitality and service from all staff Speed checked in/ out. -Polite buggy drivers/bell mans. -Great housekeeping. Replaced amenities on time - Comfortable beds. Fresh linen. great pillows. Big rooms and nice and well cleaned. The bathroom was clean spotless. good smell. Good room setting and comp:Tea coffee. water. The Negs: Noise by the roof. Air-condition. Food is not up to five-star standards. The food service team needs more training. -Need more greenery in the empty garden. Points only for improvement. we will definitely introduce your beautiful resort to our friends and colleagues. keep up the good work.
