We can accept up to two pets, each weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $100 fee per pet and a $200/pet security deposit. All pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pets when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste. NO SHOE POLICY We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Fabulous home!! I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was for us! Plenty of space to accommodate my husband, 3 kids and myself with room to spare. It’s a very well taken care of home with all the things you need if staying temporarily. The house has a good sized fenced backyard which is very helpful if you have pets. Location is very near to the highway, restaurants, grocery store, and fast food so you don’t have to venture far for anything. The property manager was very accommodating and returned my messages within hours. If we weren’t moving here I’d book this house again. Thank you so much for being such a great host!

Enjoyable Our family stayed at this house as our son was getting married in the area. There was a slight issue at check-in; however, the host took care of it immediately. The backyard was great for hanging out and playing yard games. Our stay was only for 3 nights, but overall we had a great time & would book this house in the future.

Great host and comfortable house! Our hosts were very gracious with us as we needed to extend a few times while waiting for our home renovation to be done. They communicate so well and are very helpful! The house is very comfortable! The beds were great at the bathrooms super nice! Our dogs enjoyed the big back yard!
