We had a son's wedding there and we stayed for 2 nights. I would like to congratulate all the staff at Spicers for their exceptional customer service, they were friendly, helpful, always had a smile and nothing was a problem all the time around the whole weekend, not just on the wedding day. a few special mentions to Rachel especially she not only worked during the whole wedding but also the next day at our recovery breakfast & everything was run very efficiently which made our day. Also, Maisie, Abbie in restaurant and all the restaurant & kitchen/bar staff & Phillip (at the front desk). The house keeping staff who were great especially near room 28 my son's room where we were having photos before the wedding ceremony, Not only were all staff fantastic with my family but all of our guests (120 guests a the wedding) and approx 60 staying at the hotel could not speak highly enough of all the staff who were very accommodating. A memorable moment was Phillip at the front desk was always so friendly & helpful. But he also remembered us always when we crossed paths and advising other staff members that we were the groom's parents. Which was lovely, thank you Everyone was amazing, I have no complaints or other feedback to improve as the quality of employees you currently have is impeccable.

Die Umgebung ist gut, das Zimmer ist groß und es gibt wilde Kängurus, wenn Sie die Möglichkeit haben, noch zwei Tage dort zu bleiben. Die Einrichtungen sind ebenfalls vollständig, darunter Schwimmbäder, Tennisplätze und Golfplätze. Reservieren Sie das Abendessen einfach im Voraus, sonst schließt es sehr früh. Der erste Stock ist dunkel. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung und eignen sich für Selbstfahrertouren. Sie müssen etwas Essen mitbringen, da der Supermarkt weit entfernt ist.

We had a favourable first impression at the room/ property but after 1 night you’ll start to see all the issues. We love the fact that it is a sustainable resort but there’s a lot to be desired after 5 nights in their suite. Day 1: Checkin was rushed, reception didn’t explained the room amenities provided with the room type we’ve booked-in (spa suite). Room did not come with standard amenity kit (no cotton pad no toothbrush no sanitary pad etc) upon check in. I had to call to ask for toothbrushes. We didn’t know that the room came with a working fireplace, free still & sparkling water, no phone directory in the room / label on the phone. And most importantly how to get room serviced or not. when we had an issue about the room not being serviced they asked us repeatedly did we put the doortag outside (we didn’t - which is the correct way to get the room serviced). If this is important, then they should make it a clear point to explain this during checkin. We had dinner at the bar, we ordered a cauliflower salad to share (among other foods). It was so disappointing to received a big bowl of spinach and 3 small pieces of dried chicken breast. Since the title of the salad is cauliflower salad, we were unimpressed that it was the one ingredient that was missing from that bowl. The salad cost almost $30 for what seems to be a bag of baby spinach salad that you could buy from coles or wollies for $3. Oh yes and dressing on that was also on existent. Upon clearing our plates, bar staff didn’t asked us how the food was & she was quite abrupt. Day 2: Had breakfast and staff was friendly and efficient. We also noticed that there’s a sign that says ‘kids club’ which we then asked the reception where it was which they then explained it was an adjoining room that had games, colouring books etc for kids (it’s school holidays) which we thought was a great idea and our son did went in to play and enjoyed it. Came back to the room, we noticed that the room wasn’t made and only the towels were changed (we didn’t request this). So we thought that they only service the rooms every 2nd night being sustainable an all. So we didn’t thought much about it, we also noticed that the maintenance didn’t come to turn on the fireplace so we followed up on that. And we had that running before they end the shift at 3pm. Honestly that was the saving grace of this trip. The fireplace is a beautiful addition to the room especially during winter. We also requested for another tv control as there’s 2 tv in the suite but only 1 remote. Day 3: Breakfast, and we noticed that the ‘kids club room’ is now converted to a meeting space which my son wasn’t very happy about. I don’t understand why they would introduce a service but then took it away midway through our stay which is still within school holiday period. There was no explanation given. Frustrating to say the least. Room was not serviced again. We began to wonder why and quickly peeked at the room across us that is currentl

酒店離獵人谷花園比較近，是建在山坡上別墅羣，在早上的灌木林和黃昏時高爾夫球場看到袋鼠一家，自在悠閑，周邊幾個酒庄駕車都不遠。酒店房間乾淨整潔，床很大舒適，房間和陽台都比較寬敞，自助早餐很豐盛，獵人谷很大，酒店夜晚很安靜。

In aller Ehrlichkeit konnte ich nicht empfehlen The Convention, es ist wegen des Preises, $470 für ein Std Zimmer, das: *hat sehr begrenztes Internet, es sei denn, Sie zahlen extra * kleines Zimmer * Grundbett *Dusche über ein schmales Bad, das ich nicht stand, Ich bin 183 c/m *2 Flüge von Treppen * Wänden, die Sie Ihren Nachbarn hören können *Keine echte Luxus oder gerechtfertigte Komfort für die Kosten Wenn Sie nur einen Aufenthalt suchen, um promo-Schnaps auf den sozialen Medien zu senden.. es gibt Fotoops hier.. Wert für Geld....nicht einmal schließen *Die Rezeption hat uns für eine frühe Eincheckung eingelassen, da wir an einer Hochzeit an der Website teilnahmen, aber nach zwei vorherigen Telefongesprächen wurde die frühe Eincheckung nicht bestätigt, so wir erst früh aufgetreten....

Anyone would love it here. The rooms are great. The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable about the area . The restaurant is excellent. Americans (and Europeans, I presume) might love it even more though because Spicers perfectly fit my image and expectation for Australian wine country, right down to the other guests mostly being people up from Sydney rather than off an international tour bus. I could see sunsets right from our room that seemed like they were from a movie set. There are kangaroos hopping around the property, especially early in the morning when us jet lagged Americans are already wide awake. Compared to places of comparable quality in Napa Valley, the prices were very fair. And they’ll do a bag of laundry for $30, making it much easier to pack light on your long trip!

I just spent 3 amazing days doing the wellness program in order to de-stress and recharge before Christmas. Not only is the all inclusive program great as it includes delicious food, exercise sessions as well as yoga, meditation, Thai chi, stretching and a 25 metre pool I was able to do my laps in. I also had the opportunity to do a 1:1 Feldenkrais Magic Roll session, the absolutely amazing Watsu and a Gua Shua Facial.

Harrigan's is in the center of the wine region, the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and good value for money. The bar and restaurant are one the same site as accommodation, food is great pub grub, drinks are reasonably prices and the hotel has an expansive area for settling inside or outside. Ideal place to use as a base for tripping around during the day and settling in in the evening.

Wir entdeckten diesen Ort, weil der Preis für die Gegend in der Nähe unseres Restaurants für Abendessen sehr wert war. Amanda ist am Rande wert, auschecken. Diese kleine Wohnung ist voller Welt-Charm , alle kleinen Extra-Küchen bei der Ankunft, Eis im Gefrierfach,Feuerplatz,Kerze und die Liste geht auf .bett so komfortable Dusche schön Wohnzimmer komfortable. Mein Lieblingsbalkon ist mit Kaffee und wunderschöner Aussicht. Liebe diesen Ort so sauber und fühlte sich so willkommen .wird sicher meinen Freunden und Familie wieder bleiben

Tower Lodge is truly a 5 star experience, from our arrival to our departure our stay was truly memorable. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown to our suite which was one of the most beautiful rooms I have had the pleasure in staying in , the high ceilings , the open fire and the sumptuous bathroom , truly luxurious. Breakfast and dinner is included in the room rate which is something we would generally avoid but would advise everyone not to avoid as the food is 5 star fine dining using local ingredients and cooked by a chef who you know just loves what he does . The level of service and friendliness of all the staff was outstanding and they could not do enough for us with bookings for wineries and personal gin and whiskey tastings which are a must . Finally I have to mention the owner Michael who introduced himself to us on our first night and was a fountain of knowledge to the history of the lodge and all the other parts of the business . His passion was infectious and made our stay more enjoyable. We will 100% return if we ever return to Australia.
