The hotel was clean but there didn't seem to be enough staff at reception, I was kept waiting for more than 10 mins even though there wasn't a queue, The laundry room was good apart from the fact they hid the detergent under the sink and no one knew exactly where it was. This is a new hotel in Anyang, located about a 10-minute walk from the new Wanda Plaza, so the location is not too bad for food options. If you are arriving by train, it is around a 30-minute drive to the station in normal times and a little longer during peak hours. The staff are very friendly and kind, and even though my Chinese is limited, they really tried hard to help me when required. The room was upgraded and was clean and comfortable. As a brand new hotel, they need a chance to settle things down, but I enjoyed my stay and will go again if the chance comes up.
