The room was nice overall and good location. 10 mins walk to shopping districts. There're 2 things that i want to complain abt. ①We're 3 ppl but somehow there're only 2 bath towels so we asked for one more. (They delivered quickly so that was good.) However the next day, when we came back in the evening, there're only 2 towels again so we had to ask again. When they brought, it was 2 bath matts....I asked her ”if these are bath towels for my body? ”and she said yes. She later brought an actual bath towel which wasnt folded nicely and shrinked like smo has just used it. I was shocked... It was the same lady who brought a bath towel on the first night so was disappointed on this. ②Bathroom floor and carpet in the room were actually dirty. They could work on it a little bit more like actually vacuuming the floor.
