Altaroca Mountain Resort Antipolo

We celebrated our dog’s 2nd birthday here, and we were absolutely delighted to find such a pet-friendly resort. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, while the rooms and restrooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sir Rey, the resort manager, who was very approachable and pleasant to talk to. His dedication to making the resort pet-friendly is truly commendable and greatly appreciated by pet owners like us. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. While the resort charges a corkage fee for outside food, their in-house dishes are definitely worth trying. The location is also very convenient, with several fast-food chains and food parks nearby, and it’s only about 7 minutes away from Antipolo Cathedral. Nice aesthetic and good location near Robinsons and Hinulugang Falls. Just the amenities lacked in the room, it seemed like a new place. Lack of bathroom soap and shampoo, pool towels, one far outlet in the standard room, and breakfast servings are very small for the price.

The place was well maintained, the crew were polite. service is good. a bit pricey. Food is a bit small portions for the price. pet friendly for a fee. (₱500 / pet) we brought our 2 fur babies.

We had a great stay. The amenities are excellent and the staff is wonderful.

The place looks' good, lots of trees, fresh air and clean room that fits a family of four. But with great place comes the great walk up and down the stairs.....hahaha not for the old age Lolos' and lolas' who can barely walk. But, overall we enjoyed our 22 hour stay. The Premium Suite room is good. It is clean and has all the amenities. The bathtub is a plus. It just has a lot of stairs, but if you're staying at fourth floor for us it was room 401. There is a gate close to our room where you can park your vehicle. Overall it was a great stay. Just the food though, the breakfast can use some improvement.

We had quite a lovely stay on our first trip together to Antipolo and our first time to stay at Altaroca. We had a nice room, comfy bed and good food at the resort. I'm glad there was free barako coffee anytime you would want some. The property also had multilevel common spaces for guests to stay at. Staff are also accommodating and very nice. Some feedback for improvement though: 1) Room 105 needs a table inside the room. There is wasted space there that's best for a table or desk. 2) Please provide paper slippers inside the rooms if possible. 3) I don't know if many people would use the pool table given that there is a charge for that but I think it would be better if there was free use of boardgames, card games or darts so the room would be utilized more. Overall, it's a nice resort to stay at and quite comfortable. Hopefully we can go back.
