I recently stayed at Ema and had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a premium suite well in advance, explicitly mentioning that I was traveling with a 1-year-old baby and a 7-year-old child, and requested proper bedding for them. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and we had to wait while the beds were made. Additionally, there was no parking available in the front, so we were forced to park at the back of the property, which was a hassle with young children in tow.
To make matters worse, the receptionist seemed completely unprepared for our arrival. He had to search for our reservation and then took additional time to create our room keys, indicating there was absolutely no preparation done in advance. The reception was unwelcoming, lacking any form of empathy or courtesy. There was no effort made to compensate for the poor service, and the overall attitude was indifferent. To top it off, the maintenance and hygiene standards were shockingly low for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.
