Terrible experience in the Hotel L'Espoir. For a start the rooms are accessed from the outside. There is a tiny reception area. You are led across the ice path to a balcony to access the front door of the room. Inside it was quite gloomy due to the smallish window and permanent drape. The room is basic with a small bathroom (the floor is strangely sticky when wet). The view to the mountains was poor due to the overhanging roof. There is no ski room for boots and skis. There was a fridge and the water was hot. The breakfast was ample. We booked four nights and stayed two and billed. 350e. Total rip off. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere.

Hotel in tipico stile montano. Buona la pulizia. Camera spaziosa. Bagno spazioso. Aveva sia la doccia con sauna che vasca idromassaggio. Frigo bar molto fornito,. Simpatico ed utile il fatto di avere in camera macchinetta del caffè con cialde ad uso degli ospiti. Colazione nella media. Buona la posizione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ringraziamo tutto lo staf di cuore .....abbiamo trascorso un natale da favola , l'arrivo della neve , la cortesia e l'attenzione x qualsiasi necessità ,la pulizia ottima delle camere , colazione super e varia dolce salato , fuori dal centro di Champoluc ad antagnod (con piccolo borgo, intimo, tranquillo) ma non lontano ,ottimi ristoranti, pista a soli 200/300 m. , vista panoramica top, in più fuori sul balcone si sente il rumore del piccolo torrente che scende dalla montagna più alta (una coccola divina ) grazie di tutto e a presto sicuramente, manua e fabio

Una sola notte con famiglia e amici. Bellissima posizione, stanza grande, molto pulita e calda! Colazione ricca e varia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, soprattutto il Responsabile della struttura. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei! Parere super super positivo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Hotel molto pulito e esteticamente bellissimo. Il personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio libero di fianco all’hotel. Colazione abbastanza varia. Consigliato . Sicuramente torneremo

Que ce soit l accueil, l emplacement, la décoration, le confort, le petit déjeuner … tout est parfait !!! Ne changez rien !! Et surtout pas votre gentillesse ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous avons l espoir …de revenir dans ce joli village d Antagnod en cet hôtel.

Camera enorme su due piani con divano letto al piano inferiore e letto matrimoniale +1 letto singolo al piano superiore. Per non parlare della sauna in camera!! Spettacolare!!! Titolari gentilissimi e disponibili, colazione buona, posto caldo, accogliente e familiare, consigliato

La posizione è ottima in un bel altopiano sopra Champoluc, accoglienza e personale professionale e cortese..., colazione deliziosa e servita in un ambiente molto carino. La camera, faccio una premessa, la mia valutazione è fatto in base all'importo pagato, non adeguato alla stessa, troppo calda, assenza di finestra apribile, bagno cieco, dettagli del bagno da rivedere, prese per ricaricare dispositivi elettronici non presenti, almeno di non staccare frigo, TV o lampade... materasso comodo, ma non potendo aprire nulla per il caldo, ho dormito male... La camera dei miei amici con finestre e balcone, prezzata allo stesso modo... capisco che è la settimana di ferragosto, ma forse un po' più di attenzione al prezzo rispetto all'offerta sarebbe consigliabile (se si vuol fidelizzare i Clienti).

Camera molto accogliente e ben riscaldata (forse un po’ troppo), ordinata e pulita, a un prezzo più che ragionevole! Il mattino dopo avrete la possibilità di degustare un’abbondante è deliziosa colazione. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!
