Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, es gibt einen temporären Parkplatz an der Tür (nur für Hotelgäste), die Rezeption ist sehr einladend, aber der Check-in ist relativ spät. Das Zimmer ist super klein, die Tür ist das Bett, das Gepäck kann nur auf beiden Seiten auf die Seite des Bettes gestellt werden, die Hygiene ist großartig und es ist immer noch trocken und nass. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich nicht auf die Eier achtete, von denen ich dachte, dass sie gekocht wurden. Ich musste sie selbst kochen und verlor mein Gesicht ~~

We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel. The lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and all the staff were very approachable and friendly during our stay. We paid extra for a lake view with a great outside terrace and it was well worth the money. Very convenient for the old town, we would highly recommend Le Pelican for anyone visiting Annecy.

Having looked through TripAdvisor reviews for hotels in Annecy, we booked a suite at the Hébé Hotel. It is a short and easy walk from the old town, and it is 3 minutes from the train station. What a great place! The management is welcoming, efficient, and remarkably caring. We had a health emergency before arrival, and the hotel staff rallied to assure all went well, making our room available early and providing support when needed. The room was incredibly well laid out with a bedroom and a sitting area, separated by an enclosed bathroom with shower. It was immaculate, easy to navigate, sunny, and quiet. Great bed with good pillows and excellent temperature controls. We went out to explore each morning for breakfast (we are good with coffee and a croissant and like to see how places “wake up”). While staying in the old town may be a dream for some, being in a haven in a quieter part of town with easy access to the old town and lake was great for us.

Wenn Sie mehr als $500 für ein Durchschnittszimmer in einem gut entwickelten Teil Frankreichs zahlen, erwarten Sie zumindest, dass Sie Klimaanlage oder Fenster in der fancy Hotelbar offen haben. Stattdessen, was Sie erhalten, ist eine reichhaltige Sauna-Erlebnis dort. Ich sitzen gerade da; es ist 75 Grad F draußen, und 85 Grad inne ohne Luftfluss und Sie können kaum atmen. Ich war hier 2 Stunden und habe 2 verschiedene Wächter gebeten, die Tür auf die Terrasse zu öffnen, und beide schließlich als ob es eine merkwürdige Anfrage war, nur für ein anderes Personalmitglied, sie wieder zu schließen. Ich bin nicht da, um eine dritte Zeit zu fragen. Wie erwartet die Management-Gäste eine Erfahrung 5-star, wenn sie eine bessere auf der Seitenwand und atmen frische Luft haben können?

We spent 7 nights at Les Tresoms and had the most wonderful week. The hotel is slightly out of town which meant it was quiet but also close enough to walk to everywhere you needed. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled round the lake - which I highly recommend. The breakfast was incredible and I looked forward to it each day! The outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of loungers. They charge you to park on the grounds, however, there is plenty of parking on the street so it is not necessary to pay this. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. We ate at both restaurants, we found La Rotonde quite overpriced and the waiting staff not very friendly. We much preferred the cheaper restaurant, L'Atelier, and really enjoyed our meal here - the menu changes daily with local produce.
