In the heart of the old town, quiet loft with pretty sunny terrace

The apartment is in a perfect location in the old town of Annecy. We loved being able to walk straight out of the building into the beautiful old streets with the market at the your door. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable with fantastic cooking facilities which was perfect after shopping at the great markets. I was hoping to use the delightful courtyard but it was too cold but we did appreciate the cosy heating. The bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment was well set up with everything you might need.

Anne-Valerie and Philippe were wonderful hosts, always on hand for any queries I had (including the recommendation for a wonderful hairdresser)!The property is extremely well set up with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. As I cooked most nights this was wonderful.The fresh produce market is held three days per week in the same street and the quality of the goods is excellent.Annecy is a charming medieval town, beautifully decorated with hanging baskets and with great shops and restaurants. I was sad to leave.

Loved the property. Fabulous location right in the heart of the old town and yet very quiet. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. A lovely surprise to step out of the apartment straight into the fantastic Annecy market on Friday. You are also only 10 minutes walk from the stunning lake with various activities, or to catch a bus for more swimming, walking and paddle boarding out of town. Annecy also has some great little shops, bars and restaurants.The apartment was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen to enable you to eat in if you wish. The bed is super comfortable and fans were provided for hot weather. The bath and shower facilities were good. Lots of personal touches everywhere and everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect. Kitchen well-equipped. Terrace lovely in morning. Bedroom comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.One suggestion is a more comfortable couch in living area. Very responsive to our questions. Having a clothes washer was a luxury!Thank you.

Sainte-Claire, Annecy The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy.

Great central location in the old town. Very well appointed accommodation… they’ve thought of everything. Property is clean and if you wanted to eat in there is a fabulous kitchen with everything you would need including a dishwasher and washing machine 👍 Comfortable bed and a tiny toilet! The terrace is a real plus, a sun trap in the morning and somewhere cool to sit in the evening complete with bats. There is no lift or air conditioning - fans are provided but during our stay it was very hot.

Wonderful In Every Way This flat was wonderful in every way! The interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and very quiet. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea on the delightfully private patio. The convenience to everything in old town Annecy was a huge plus. Highly recommend!
