"We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay was fine once we found the hotel. We arrived right before dark and the sign was not lit up, so we had trouble finding the hotel. Other than that, our stay was lovely and everyone we interacted with was super helpful."

Wwvjch01Ein schönes kleines Innenhaus am Ufer des Flusses, fanden wir dieses Hotel komfortabel, sauber und das Königsbett war erstaunlich komfortabel. Das Personal ist einfach erstaunlich, sie sind freundlich, freundlich und gehen über und über, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Anforderungen befolgt werden. Ich kann dieses Institut nicht empfehlen. Besonders dankbar für die Hilfe meines Mannes, um seinen Weg in einem unbekannten Bereich zu navigieren, während ich mit meiner Mutter im Krankenhaus saß. Jetzt ist mein Platz, wenn ich aus irgendeinem Grund in der Süd-Maryland-Bereich sein muss.

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass ich angenehmen geblieben bin. Die Lage war gut, so war es zweckmäßig, die nahe gelegenen touristischen Orte und Transport zu nutzen. Dieses Hotel möchte ich sicherlich nächstes Mal wieder besuchen!

GGastnutzerIch werde mit dem Guten beginnen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Jetzt das nicht so gut. Wir haben dieses Hotel speziell gewählt, weil sie auf der Website angekündigt haben, dass es einen Pool, eine Heizungstube, kostenloses Frühstück und Kaffee im Lobby. Wir besuchten unsere Enkel und wollten den Pool, damit wir sie zum Schwimmen bringen konnten. Wir waren nicht überrascht, als wir erzählten, dass sowohl der Pool als auch der Heißräder ständig geschlossen wurden, und der Kellner hat sogar erwähnt, dass sie wussten, dass es immer noch als auf der Website angekündigt wurde. Wenn wir das Frühstück kostenlos gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, ob wir das Frühstück wollten, das war eine zusätzliche Gebühr, wieder, einige falsche Werbung geht voran. Als mein Mann am nächsten Morgen in die Lobby ging, um Kaffee zu holen, keine Überraschung, gab es keine, nur ein Kunststoff-Saft Wasser. Es gab einen Kaffeemacher im Zimmer mit 1 Pode, also haben wir das verwendet. Wenn wir um eine Ausgleichszahlung für die falsche Werbung gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, nein. Wir hätten dieses Hotel nicht gewählt, wenn nicht wegen der Tatsache, dass sie den Pool, die Heizungsrohre und das Frühstück kostenlos angekündigt. Oh und nur um einen Knopf auf sie zu setzen, gingen wir zur Bar für eine 12-oz-Bleistift. $7.25 für 1 Bier, 12.00 für ein Glas Wein, dachten wir, dass es ein wenig tief war, vor allem, da die Bar in der Lobby war ohne Atmosphäre. Wenn Sie nur einen Schlafplatz suchen, werden Sie in Ordnung sein.

TTrishI was only there from around 10pm until 7am so I didn't get a lot of time to really rate it. But my room was super clean and it was very comfortable. I could open the window which I really love being able to do and meant I could turn off the fan/air conditioning ... which was a good thing also because it was an old and pretty noisy unit. I would have liked more light in the bathroom. It had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was surprisingly good with nice bacon, potatoes and tasty eggs, juice, pastry options. It was only around 20 mins from downtown Baltimore. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would stay there again.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, 5 oder 6 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, sehr bequem, der Flughafenbus ist eine halbe Stunde lang, Sie können sich im Voraus auf der Rezeption registrieren und das Auto kann vorzeitig fahren. Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr gut. Das Auto, das ursprünglich 6:20 Uhr gerade 10 Minuten lief, der Kellner half uns sofort zurück, um das Auto zu holen, und vielen Dank.

KKIM Mr.Es ist 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und es scheint ein Flughafenshuttle zu laufen.
Ich nahm einen Uber Taxi und es kostete etwa $10 und kam sehr komfortabel. Ich glaube nicht, dass es irgendwelche Wasser von Hotham geliefert, so wäre es schön, Wasser zu bereiten. Es gibt Restaurants und Stalls, einfach um zu essen. Die Luft war gut, ruhig und sehr gut

KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

Aber das zusätzliche Zimmer wäre so ein Leben retten. 😣😭 You’d be surprised what a difference a few extra feet can make! So it’d be nice but never will happen. It’s just not affordable.
