Es war ein Hotel, das wir eine Nacht auf der Straße übernachten. Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel für die Preisleistung. Es hat einen Parkplatz, seine Zimmer waren sauber, die Wäsche riechen wie. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich gut. Sie bringen das Frühstück selbst mit, wenn Sie etwas anderes wollen, aber wenn Sie es sagen, dann machen sie es, wenn Sie es sagen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Ein Hotel, das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Ankara wieder aufhalten werden.

Im Juli 2022 haben wir mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter eine Nacht im Hotel gehabt, weil der Preis vernünftig war und die wenigen Triadvisor-Kommentare gut waren. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war es das erste, was uns aufmerksam machte, dass die meisten der verwendeten Materialien alt waren, zum Beispiel, dass wir nicht im Fernsehen arbeiten konnten, die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren, die ursprünglich weiß waren, aber grau waren. Sie sagten, dass es um 9.00 anfängt, wenn ich anrufe, um zu erfahren, wie spät das Frühstück vor der Ausfahrt ist, und ich sagte, dass es zu spät für uns ist, und ich sagte, ich könnte Ihren Zimmer um acht und eine halbe Uhr servieren. Ich verstehe, dass das Hotel keine Frühstücksraum hat oder in Urlaub ist, und ich habe den Mitarbeiter der Rezeption angerufen, der sagte, er könne das Frühstücksgeld zurückgeben, und er hat das Frühstücksgeld zurückgegeben, als er morgens aus dem Hotel ging. Ein anderes, was ich mir vorstellen konnte, war, dass die Handwasch- und Duschgel in der Badewanne gewässert wurde, und dass es mit einem anderen Ausdruck gleich war wie mit Wasser.

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

Großes Hotel, hervorragende Lage, hohe Qualitätsservice, sehr hygienische Bedingungen. Ich nahm nur Frühstück, das war sehr gut. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es ein Café, wo Sie Ihre anderen Mahlzeiten genießen schöne Umgebung und Live-Musik haben können. Um die Wahrheit zu erzählen, konnte ich während meines Aufenthalts kein Problem nennen. Dank des Teams hoffe ich, dort noch einmal zu bleiben ...

Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption wird Englisch sprechen, sehr enthusiastisch. Ich präsentiere mich zum Gegenteil des Restaurants, um zu essen, sehr gut, ich habe lange nicht so gut getränkt Schweinesuppe. Die Rezeption hat auch helfen, meine nächste Reisescheine zu drucken. Ich bin sehr dankbar. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Ankara komme, werde ich hier leben.

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

Sehr schönes Hotel, gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich das Schloss Ankara. Das Hotel ist sehr einzigartig, mit vielen alten chinesischen Elementen. Das Frühstück ist à la carte, wir wissen nicht, wie man türkisches Essen bestellt, deshalb habe ich dem Servicebruder gesagt, er solle ein lokales Frühstück einnehmen, daher war der Bruder sehr begeistert von einem Tisch mit Saucen und Gerichten. Vor dem Restaurant befindet sich ein Open-Air-Balkon mit Panoramablick auf die gesamte Stadt Ankara. Sehr zu empfehlen
