Als wir uns nach dem Eingang gefragt hatten, wo unser Auto hingefahren ist, sagten sie, dass es offene Parkplätze gibt, eine große Erhöhung für eine Park-Problemregion, und wir haben uns bei dem Eingang und bei unseren Checkinn-Vorgängen warmblutig und Gastfreund empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben gehört, dass einige der Terrasseschichten mit der Aussicht auf den Monumentkabir waren. Aber sie waren voll 😟. Das nächste Mal jetzt. Das Frühstück war schön frisch und vielfältig. Nur das Restaurant-Abteilung kam etwas dicht. Kurz gesagt, ist es in einem guten und guten Hotelpreis angebracht. Ich blieb drei Nächte lang und konnte nicht glücklicher mit dem Komfort des Zimmers, der COVID-Reinigung und den Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, die sie einnahmen, und vor allem den Service des Personals sein. Ich brauchte Hilfe mit einem internationalen Anruf und bei der Reservierung eines Fähres nachdem ich das Hotel verließ: Sie halfen mit beiden. Und sie brauchten nicht ... Meine internationale Anrufe ging nicht durch das Zimmer (wahrscheinlich mein Goof), und sie setzten den Anruf für mich. Als ich versucht hatte, ein Fähre nach Istanbul auf einer Website zu buchen, die die Transaktion in der türkischen fertiggestellt hält, halfen sie mir, die Einträge zu sortieren. Und als meine US-Kreditkarten nicht akzeptiert wurden, buchten sie sogar mit einer Unternehmenskarte und fügen die Kosten/keine Zuschläge in mein Zimmer hinzu. Als ich meine Kamera nach dem Abflug aus dem Hotel in der Kabine verließ, arbeiteten sie mit meinem (zukünftigen) Tourleiter an der Identifizierung der Kabine, der Bewahrung der Kamera für mich und der Versendung an mich auf der Reise. Sie mussten nichts davon tun: Ich hätte das Hotel bereits verlassen ..., aber sie waren hervorragend, um mir zu helfen. Die Lage ist gut, für die anderen Bewertungen, aber was sie wirklich getrennt macht, ist, wie sie wirklich um die Hotelgäste kümmern, sowohl in allgemeinen Eigenschaften als auch um den Aufenthalt zu einem komfortablen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist wie im Zentrum der Stadt. Sie können bald überall erreichen. Wir waren ein bisschen müde, weil wir auf der Straße kamen. Unsere Arbeiten wurden bald im Rezeption abgewickelt und wir konnten sofort in unser Zimmer gehen. Das Hotel hat ein anderes Design als andere Hotels, die klassisch gekleidet sind. Es fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Betten und die Kissen waren sehr bequem. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Es brauchte Kälte und es wurde sofort geliefert. Es hat uns Frühstück gefallen. Vielfältige. Keine Sorge, es gibt auch Orangensaft. Die meisten Hotels bekommen dafür zusätzliche Gelder. Die Mitarbeiter fragen sich im Restaurant, ob Sie noch einen zusätzlichen Wunsch haben, und bringen ihn mit. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich denke, ich habe ein gutes Hotel gefunden, das ich allein und als Familie in Ankara wohnen kann.

The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

This hotel is very well situated for the old town of Ankara. The check in process was fast and easy. The hotel look modern and well kept. The Room was good and comfortable, unfortunately the location of the hotel is in a busy main street in the centre of Ankara, so the noise from traffic is very loud even in the high floors, the hotel may have rooms that are more quiet, but ours was not one of those. Breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast, but a coffee latte was extra charge. The service was good in general. Overall the hotel is a good choice, and if you get a quiet room then, is a excellent choice in the centre of Ankara.

Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist bequem! Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind neu und der Service ist auch gut. In der Tat, die global standardisierten Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind uns sicherer!
