We had a guest visiting from another country, and while he was maybe happy with the hotel and its services, I, as the one arranging the accommodation, had some concerns. The payment method of the hotel left much to be desired. Normally, when you check in, you pay a small amount upfront and settle the rest upon checking out. However, the hotel staff insisted on multiple upfront payments, calling us each time to demand payment. This happened three or four times since our arrival, which was quite frustrating. One of his staying day , despite informing the resepsion in advance that our guest would being in late, I still received a call at 02.00 a.m (midnight) asking where our guest was staying. It seemed as though they suspected our guest had tried to escape or something. In my opinion, as a company representative working in the Ostim region, I cannot recommend this hotel. I cannot speak to the satisfaction of our guest, but based on my own experience, I would suggest considering other options.
