Elit Palas Hotel

Dirty, old, terrible hotel. I cant name it as hotell , it is something more rent a room. The bathromm floor was full og black long hair, towels were not clean. Doorcards didnt work etc…. Hotell has four star but didnt worth 2 star actually. Localisation was okey.

I visited Ankara for a Travel Expo Ankara. I stayed Elit Palas for three nights. I would highly recommend Elit Palas Hotel for everyone. The hotel has a great location and walking distance to restaurants & cafes. The hotel is special category and has all the amenities you need in a room. You feel like in your home comfort. Bed quality was good. Everything was clean and the hotel got all the certificates for hygiene. The breakfast was good and served all the local products. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I barely do negative comments, but as being professional international ex-hotelier and traveler, we're here to help the possible travellers to this hotel, especially families with kids. Attaching couple pictures as well as proof, in case manager trying to say, that we have not stayed at this hotel, on their reply. Luckily we have not stayed long at this hotel. Hotel reception (front desk) staff were friendly, many thanks to them. But not worth for them to work at this hotel which does not deserve a single star, and needs overall renovation. I believe there's no swimming pool and only one elevator for guests (which did not work couple times). Couch and furniture in the room were worn out-torn-cracked etc. The room was not cleaned properly when we checked-in. You could see the used napkins above the TV shelf. The location is great and busy, but there's an issue with parking space at the front of hotel if you're coming with your own vehicle. The corridors around the outside rooms are tight-narrow. No accessibility for strollers-wheelchairs from outside of the hotel. Breakfast with limited options. My advise, don't waste your time and money on staying in here unless you might want to regret and ruin your evening. Spend couple more bucks and stay at better well-known hotels at Ankara. This would be my last time staying at this hotel. Cheers!

We were staying in this Hotel for 15 nights. This Hotel is for the Price excellent. Very central. The staff is very kindly and are prepare to help you any time. The breakfast is very good, you have a lot of choice. The room was as well very clean. I could only warmly recomend this hotel. Best of Luck.

Somehow, for some reason, the hotel's kitchen doesn't have any available cold drinks for sale. So it's basically coffee or nothing during breakfast. Forget about any other room service as the kitchen doesn't work either.

Güleryüzle karşılandık. Hizmet kalitesi, ortanın üzerinde iyilikteydi. Sonraki seyahatlerimde tercih edeceğim.

Otele giriste karsilama ve yaklasim cok iyiydi , Genel olarak Sicak ve mistik bir havasi var otelin , genel alan ve lobi kismi misafirlerin rahat etmesi ve konforu düşünülurek hazirlanmis özellikle o dikkatimi cekti , Oda temizliği guzel , yatak oldukca rahat konforlu , tertemiz nevresimlerle hazirlanmis , dolap bir kisi icin yeterli ki ben zaten tek kisilik oda aldim , oda kendinizi rahat ve iyi hissettiriyor ,kahvaltısi cok güzel lezzetli temiz bol cesitli taze ürünlerle hazirlanmis ve çay demleme olarak taptazeydi Kendi Otoparki yok ama yardimci oluyorlar Sokaga bakan kisminda kendi bahce alani da güzel Yan tarafinda bar ya da muzikli bir işletme var sanirim biraz gürültü geliyior camlar kapali iken sorun yok , Otelin kat ici koridorlar biraz dar ama o da binadan kaynakli sanirkm Onerim ; Banyo dus kabinin daha ozenli temizlenmesi Otele giris kisimina rampa yapilmasi
