Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Great large bedrooms with en suite bathroom with great HOT shower and western toilet. The room had excellent air con as well as large opening windows for fresh air, and two very large celling fans. There was also a small additional washing sink in the room with a microwave a large fridge freezer (all clean). The staff are VERY friendly and helpful (even booking taxis) and offering advice. This hotel is immaculately clean, and fresh water bottles were also supplied every day. Good location (bring a torch for night walks!) as no where in the area has street lighting of any note. The Ger*** bakery (separate review) is very close by for excellent food. The location is nice and quiet and an easy walk to the nearby spread out village(s) and beach(s).

Es war einer meiner schönsten und angenehmsten Urlaube die meine Verlobte und ich je gemacht hatten… das Hotel ist mit der tollen großen Lobby zum verweilen einladend. Der Service an der reception total hilfsbereit und wir wurden gleich mit einem Begrüßungscocktail empfangen. Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet lasst keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr sehr umfangreich und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, vor allem die frischen Exotischen fruchte sind zuckersüß! Dank unserem kompetenten und extrem freundlichen Holiday Host ***ager Sagar Rai der sich wirklich rührend um uns und unsere Belange gekümmert hat, hatten wir tolle ausser Hotel sowie im Hotel Erlebnisse! Er hatte sich wirklich rührend jeden Tag um uns gekümmert und uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, wirklich eine ganz ganz tolle Persönlichkeit der uns den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gestaltet hat und mochten ihn bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt nicht missen, vielen Dank nochmal für alles Sagar!

Ich kam zum Hochzeitstag. Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem hilfreich und machte eine wunderbare Vereinbarung. 👏 Vor dem Fliegen nach Goa. Ich habe die Buchung gemacht und sie für Zimmerdekoration und Flughafen pickup. Das Personal war so freundlich, dass sie meine letzte Minute ND Bitte machte eine erstaunliche Arbeit. Auch der Flughafen Pickup ging so reibungslos. Nur negative Dinge, die sie brauchen, um zu arbeiten. Für den Checkout machen sie viele Anrufe und Zimmerknöpfe, auch wenn sie über die Checkoutzeit erzählt wurden. Es ist sehr irritierend
