Anji Longwangxi Golf Resort Villa

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

假期是加錢入住的，平時一倍的價格還要多，得到的服務卻大相徑庭，不要説假期忙不開，忙不開就別加錢，別開這麼多房間！花了2500入住，體驗到300塊民宿的服務。 服務差，工作人員業務不熟。拿着手機攜程訂單問前台：是這裏辦入住嗎？穿着酒店制服小哥説：不是的，我們這裡是**集團。在酒店前台完全看不到攜程上這個酒店名字（或者説沒有顯眼的名字標識），反覆再看攜程確認地址沒錯，再多問一人，被告知是這裏。接下來就是辦入住，速度很慢，不是人多，是單純的慢。入住後，打電話要東西，沒有2小時送不來，一再催促，就是沒動靜，能急**。微信加了，訊息不回。 設施，酒店外部環境可以，但是房間臟，樓梯上灰塵油污雜草，像是幾年沒人住過一樣，房間裏一股油污味道，椅子上都是灰。宣傳是親子酒店，但不主動告知遊樂設施和地點，問了就説不清楚。圍着別墅區找了一圈，終於找到，實際也就一個點遊樂設施，有些攀爬網喝滑梯，其他無。 吃早飯地方大概70-80平米，9點鐘吃早飯高峯，坐的地方都沒有，人擠人，早飯質量更是稱不上酒店，菜樣少人多，來啥瞬間就沒，主食包子油條紅薯白菜就這幾樣，與民宿旅店無差。 總之，很差的一次住宿體驗。
