Not accommodating at all, lied (in person) about having a roll-away bed to sleep on. We literally asked about the roll away bed before paying and was told that when the manager came in, they'd bring it to us. That never happened, and when we asked the manager, we were told they didn't and never have had roll away cots. No offer of a discount, no "we're sorry you were lied to", no anything. The Pool area was utterly dirty and nasty. The bottom of the pool had large pieces breaking off the bottom that you step on. Lights to the pool deck hanging down by wires exposed to the elements. Thousands of ants everywhere on the deck, the tables & chairs, you couldn't set anything down. The first room they assigned us to wasn't even clean from the previous people and had to walk back to the office and get another room. Whenever we rang the bell for service in the lobby, as no one was ever there, it would take them a long time to show up if they even did show up at all.
