This hotel has all the usual Ibis features, although it has no parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel, Good breakfast, with 'doggy bags' to take some fruit for 'vitamins on the go'.. The nearest car parks are five to ten minutes away. Although not quite the nearest Parking Moliere is the most accessible on the flat. As this hotel is in the town centre the car parks can be full, especially on a Saturday. It is possible to park briefly outside the hotel (in the 'livraisons' areas to drop off or pick up luggage. The hotel is superbly located for the centre of Angers, beside the Loirte with the cathedral just around the corner.

The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently. The rooms are contemporary and the hotel itself retains old features. The breakfast room and bar area is stunning in what used to be a cinema. The old features, mosaics etc have been well kept. Didn’t use the spa facility so can’t comment on it although I believe there’s a cost. There are loads of stairs and the old lift is tiny so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The staff are helpful and friendly (a nice touch that they took our luggage to our room while we parked) but I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone who suffers in heat as the aircon is simply not adequate. Essentially, it’s a fan that blows the hot air around the room. We reported it and the team helpfully offered us another room however, the situation there was the same. Lucky for us the weather cooled down after our first night. The first night I actually had to sleep on the floor as it was so hot. There was no offer of compensation from the hotel. The location is excellent and parking is available at a cost. We were charged a nightly rate for our pet - this was the only hotel during our trip that added this extra cost. Disappointed with that too. The breakfast is decent. Great choice but get down early as items that are popular aren’t always replenished. Could be a great hotel with attention to the air conditioning situation and the hidden extras.

Was für ein schönes Hotel in einer schönen Stadt. Obwohl es Centre Gare in seinem Namen hat, ist das Hotel irgendwie vom Bahnhof entfernt, etwa eine 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist auf der Trambahn, die direkt außerhalb des Hotels stoppt. Was dieses Hotel besonders macht ist das junge Personal, sie arbeiten als Team von der Rezeption bis zu den Haushaltern nichts ist zu viel Problem. Loredana auf der Rezeption epitomisiert alles, was gut über das Hotel ist. Hilfsbereit, effizient mit viel Bonhomie. Das Frühstückszimmer wurde aktualisiert und es gab eine große Auswahl an allen Bedürfnissen. Das Zimmer war bescheiden, aber von freundlichen Hausmeistern unerwartet sauber. Die sehr geringe negative war das Toilettengewebe und nicht die Toilettenrolle, da alle Reisenden wissen, dass dies ein Problem sein kann. Der Manager dieses Hotels sollte großes Kredit und Stolz in dem Team, das er/sie erbaut hat. Es war das Polar gegenüber dem Nantes Hotel, das später bewertet wurde.

Ich blieb am Morgen um einen frühen Zug zu fangen. Perfekte Lage über den Bahnhof. Ich blieb im Einzelzimmer und es war sehr sauber, aber nicht viel von der Aussicht, aber die Sonne kam in. Schwarz aus Gräben auch. Es sieht aus wie eine kürzlich renovierte.Es gab einen Aufzug für meine große Tasche. Personal war freundlich. Restaurant/ Nahrungsmitteloptionen in der Nähe. Internet funktionierte gut, während ich auf einem kleinen Desk arbeitete. Viele Zubehör. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

We had a rental car with us, so having some spaces out front of this hotel to temporarily park our car to unload our luggage to check in was priceless. There is a garage near by just a short walk away. The front desk staff were always friendly. English speaking so that was helpful since our French is very poor. The location is superb. Restaurants, patisserie, small grocery store, café all just steps away. We also walked to visit Chateau Angers and the cathedral from here. No need to drive anywhere. In the early morning, there were street noise noticeable from delivery and road traffic. Some notes for travelers: the hotel did not have AC. Only on the ground level with AC where reception is located. That was tough for the afternoon since it was warm. But once the sun went down, we were able to open the windows to let some cool air in. Also, the hotel does have an elevator, but that is on a floor up. If you are unable to lift luggage or walk stairs, need to keep that in mind. The front desk does assist with luggage if needed.

Small hotel located across the street from the train station. There is a large parking garage next to the station for your car and you can unload your car directly in front of the hotel before parking it if you pull partially up on the sidewalk. The location is good- only a 10 minute walk to reach the historical areas. The reception area is small as is the breakfast room. The hotel has a lift but only 2 of the seven rooms on the first floor are directly across from it. The other 5 rooms (like ours) were accessible only by the stairs although the reception staff were helpful in carrying luggage. The room was very small but clean. There is only a small rod available to hang clothes. Bedside “stands” were a 4x6 inch shelf. There was a power outlet only under one of them. There was a very small desk with 2 outlets- if you unplug the coffee maker. However the light over the desk was by far the brightest we had on our trip and greatly appreciated. The bathroom was also minuscule but had adequate storage space around the sink and a small shelf for toiletries. The shower was powerful but cruise ship sized. They supplied shower gel from a wall mounted dispenser. Surprisingly they provided a box of facial tissue- none of the 4 star hotels we had stayed in prior to this had tissues. Getting to the toilet took a bit of contortions but it worked well. The breakfast was pretty basic- a choice of breads and pastries, two cheeses and some meats, yogurt, fruit, two cereals. They had a hot water bath if you wanted to boil eggs. Coffee was just a pot of American style coffee - no French coffees were offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. This simply is basic no frills accommodations- good for a one night stopover but too small to tolerate for longer stays.

Viele positive Punkte. Zunächst die Grüße, die freundlichkeit, die Verfügbarkeit und die Beratung von meinem Gastgeber. Die Einfachheit für den Transport mit Jalla (Noch einmal, vielen Dank für die Überall herbeiführen! ). Auch die Schönheit des Ortes, wirklich ruhig, geräumig, und ein Qualitätsbett. Der Drei-Füll-Garten. Der Pool ist wirklich geschätzt. Schließlich, die größte Qualität der Lebensmittel. Einige leckere Gerichte und wirklich koppig. Eine superbe marokkanische Kochkultur mit vielen verschiedenen Gerichten, die mit Herz gekocht werden, und vertrauen Sie mir, dass Sie es fühlen können. Ich empfehle dieses Gasthaus wirklich und ich werde wahrscheinlich bald wieder kommen!

Due to our motorhome breaking down, this was the hotel our insurance company put us in. Stayed 3 nights. Room was small but comfortable. Good pillows and bed was comfy. The staff were so lovely, a couple spoken a bit of English. Breakfast was continental and 9€ each. Great coffee and love fresh breads. The orange juice machine great. Weather was lovely so had breakfast on the terrace. This hotel is in a trading estate. We had no transport so we're only able to walk. There is a Decathlon in about half a mile. Also in other direction there is a U-Save store, also about half a mile away. So spent a lot of time in room watching Bastille day celebrations. A nice hotel with great staff, who went over an above to make our enforced stay pleasant.
