Erstens wurde mir nicht das Zimmer gegeben, um das ich gebeten hatte, sondern ein Zimmer, in dem es nichts gab, z. B. Toilettenartikel, Safe, Kaffeezubehör und mehr. Ich war total enttäuscht und wütend über das Personal, das so wenig hilfsbereit und unhöflich war, und als ich um eine Rückerstattung bat, damit ich woanders suchen konnte, sagten sie, dass sie das nicht machen könnten. Ich würde das Hotel niemals jemandem empfehlen

Ausgezeichnete Lage und Nähe zu SM und Fields Avenue. Sie reinigen die Zimmer nur jede Sekunde. Aber das Personal und die Rezeption waren wirklich nett und freundlich.

Die Lage ist gut, die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt sogar einen Pool, aber der Service an der Rezeption ist nicht freundlich und nicht einmal bereit, das Zimmer während des Aufenthalts einmal am Tag zu reinigen

Die Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist sehr alt, man kann sich bequem in der Stadt bewegen und der Preis ist günstig.

A small comfortable property within a walking distance from SM, Cityfront, and Walking St I booked a Suite which was 20% more expensive than a regular room but it was worth it. An ante room with kitchen andenough space. There's a small pool, a terrace, snacks at the front desk, and a free water dispenser. Linen is old and with holes. Room needs some renovation. Two aircons, both scary noisy. Still a very good option for this moderate price, I would recommend it

No remote controer for aircon .every time i go desk to use aircon very hard bed very noise in desk lobby cannot sleep

The hotel is good and spacious, it is also clean. A walking distance to SM City, and public market.

Great location close to all, clean very friendly staff, swimming pool! Very cold air conditioning! Beautiful house plants!

Definitely this place has seen better days. The Red Door rebranding doesn't do much for torn vinyl furniture, non operational toilets, thread bare towels and sheets, paper thin walls, and dirty grout. A cheap place to store your luggage.

It is a one star hotel, that's what you get. So basic, very basic! it's that's all you need then great but more place to get your head down for one night if you are on a budget then to stay, I booked for two nights but only stayed one night, because it's to bad for me. Your back packing around on a very tight budget, you would probably enjoy it Very close to walking street but to low standard to bring company back Also pictures are nothing AT All like the actual rooms, not even close! And I booked a suite

The location is great it's only walking distance to SM and other establishments. The place is safe. Only the hotel/room and furniture and inside the room looks old.

Budget hotel, top to bottom. Had to beg for clean towels. Towels, bed linen smelled strongly of fabric softener, so much that towels would not absorb water after shower. I had to rinse that out and let it dry just to be able to use it. Room cleaning meant taking the broom into the room, not necessarily using it. All the staff I dealt with were nice but hotel policies sharply limited what they could do.

Good place, simple and safe, not far from MALL, it's quiet place and near lot of restaurent, the service was not very pleasant, always have to wait but it' ok for the price

Very good location which is near to the walking street SM city Clark also very nearby. Bedsheet keep moving while sleeping have to adjust property
