Meine Frau und ich haben gerade unseren Urlaub in den Philippinen beendet und auf unserem Weg zurück nachdem wir die erweiterte Familie nach Baguio genommen haben, habe ich vorgeschlagen, einige Nächte in der Stadt zu verbringen, um einige Verwandte zu besuchen und die Familie ein westliches Hotel zu genießen. Da es 13 von uns gab, habe ich 6 Zimmer gebucht, darunter 4 Standards, eine Superior Suite und einen Können balkon. Unsere Familie verliebte sich absolut in Clarkton. Die Zimmer wurden im Hause ohne Spott gehalten Besten Schlaf, den wir während unseres ganzen Urlaubs hatten. Zimmer sind ruhig sauber und komfortabel. Das Restaurantpersonal ging aus dem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass ein Tisch für alle in unserer Familie geschaffen wurde und bietet außergewöhnliche und freundliche Service Frühstück waren besonders gut. sowie der Kaffee (Irisch für mich) Die Damen am Frontalaufstell waren mehr als hilfreich und wieder machten unsere Familie das Gefühl, sie waren die besonderen Gäste dort Haushalter war freundlich und machte einen ausgezeichneten Job und der Sicherheitsbeamte half, wenn wir ausgehen Unsere Familie hatte nie bei einem geblieben Schönes westliches Hotel vor und sie kommentierten, wie jeder in The Clarkton sie so willkommen und besonders fühlen konnte. Sie liebt, in und aus dem schönen Pool zu fahren und sagten, es war der beste Urlaub, den sie je erlebt haben Wir beschlossen, den Transferservice an die NAIA zu verwenden und es war der schönste Van-Service, den wir in den Philippinen insgesamt hatten, Danke. Meine Frau und ich reisen ein bisschen rund um die Welt und wir vereinbarten, dass wir zurück in die Clarkton

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, das sich hinter der Perimeterstraße befindet. Pros 1) Wanderweite bis Minimarkt, Jipney Station, Nassmarkt und Lebensmittelstunden. 2) Das Unterhaltungszentrum ist in der Wanderweite. 3) Das Front Desk Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 4) Zimmer sind sauber. Das Zimmer kommt mit komplimentärem Wasser, Kettle und einfachen Bad-Utilitäten. 5) Frühstück ist einfach. Cons 1) Der Klimaanlage war laut. Allerdings hat das Hausbetreuungsteam schnell mein Zimmer ohne viel Schmutz geändert. 2) Nicht viele Sorten zum Frühstück. Es dauert eine Weile, bis sie serviert werden (wie sie es frisch kochen 3) Die Details der Besucher wurden nicht eingetragen. Vielleicht wäre es für die Rezeption gut, die Details zu nehmen und das Zimmer anzurufen, sobald die Gäste verlassen. 4) Das Hotel liegt auf einer Straße hinter der Perimeterstraße. Es fühlte sich etwas unbehaglich, wenn man spät abends zurück zum Hotel ging. 5) Nicht viel TV-Programm geschaltet Gesamt, gutes Hotel. Wird dort wieder bleiben.

Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My experience at the Queens hotel had a very rocky start. #1. When I had checked in, I was given a room where the room wasn't made yet. No towels and no bedding. Called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to fix the problem but it's still an inconvenient 45 minute wait to shower. #2. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Maybe got 30 minutes of sleep the whole night. In the morning, I asked the front desk if any other room was available and if I could switch? They informed me no other rooms available but they will provide a foam mattress for me. Fortunately, this solved the problem and I was able to sleep the rest of the stay. Kudos to the front desk staff for their outstanding customer service to keep me there because I was already looking online for other hotels in the area to switch to. Location is great. Pool is relaxing. Highly recommend getting the balcony rooms to lounge in, but bring your noise canceling headphone because noise from the street and pool area could be distracting. Heard great things about the restaurant but I only had breakfast there -- wasn't very impressed with their limited menu. Not the friendliest staff in the restaurant either. I also wanted to substitute rice for hash brown but was told it would cost an additional 100 peso. Wow? Really? Just for rice? For breakfast, walk over to Phillies or Envy. Customer service and menu is much better. Overall, good hotel. Reason why I don't give them a 5* is the rough start upon check-in and restaurant. .

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

This hotel isn’t for families. This hotel is in the middle of a bar district. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The food at the rooftop is lacking. The only issue I had was the first day because I didn’t have hot water to take a shower. The staff resolved the issue the same day.

Das Personal war sehr warm und reagiert schnell. Dieser Moment, an dem wir auf der Fahrbahn angelandet waren, war schnell. Einchecken war schnell; Zimmer war sauber und Essen war gut. Wir lieben natürlich die Bar Cos es hat einen Poolbereich und die Cocktails sind großartig! Die Lage ist auch einer seiner Aces und wir werden sicherlich für unsere nächsten Besuch prüfen. Der Klingelnjunge dauerte lange, um den Hut aufzuholen, der durch den Front Desk folgte und entschuldigt.

Der Hilton im Sun Valley Clark ist eine willkommene Behandlung für Reisende, die in der Clark Special Economic Zone bleiben. Ein wenig preiswert, aber es lohnt es. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Ausstattung sind Top-Notch. Wird sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben.
