Hilton Honors This past weekend we were camping in New Hampshire. We had two days left on our vacation when sudden lightning storms were moving in. We decided as a family to fold up our tents and call it quits. Well my young granddaughters began crying, this fueled me to call my Hilton Honors and book a couple of rooms for my family of nine. I was on the phone in private to make the reservations and surprise the family. The women on the phone from Hilton Honors was very helpful. She found what she explained was 2 one bedroom suites with fireplaces and all kinds of wonderful things for the whole family. It was in the Laconia NH area just 31 minutes south of where we were. This was perfect because we had to all travel south to head home. As we were traveling towards the property my wife read the email the woman sent me and it was in Andover/ Boston Massachusetts. This is over an hour away. I called the hotel (Homewood Suites) and the hotel clerk told me we could not cancel the reservation and change it to the Laconia one I had made originally. Extremely frustrated I said I’m not gonna ruin this thing I was trying to do. So off to Andover we went. Upon arrival the clerk (the same one I spoke to on the phone) told me they were over booked and they were trying to accommodate us. My entire family was now sitting in the waiting area (9 of us 5 adults 2 toddlers and 2 teenaged girls) waiting patiently for our rooms. We are now wet and just tired from camping, packing and driving. Now the clerk takes us to a 2 bedroom suite that we were ok with and said we would take it. After a few minutes the clerk calls the room and says we can’t stay in this room and that we had to come back to the front desk. All 9 of us went back to the front desk and she informed us that the room was already reserved so I asked like ours was already reserved? She smiled and said the manager was on his way. He arrived 20 minute later and sat at the front desk trying to fiqure out what went wrong. Half and hour later he called us up and explained how Hilton Honors completely messed up our reservation, they over booked like they always do. (His words not mine). He then explained he was trying to accommodate us as best as he could. After about an hour of waiting my wife very frustrated walked up to the desk and asked have we found a room yet?? The girl said “oh yes here’s your Keys”. Wow they couldn’t call us up to the desk while we were 15 feet away waiting for almost 2 hours in total! We all walked to the rooms on the third floor. The first room we walked into was full of empty drinking bottles, unmade beds, towels and garbage everywhere. I called the front desk and she put half my family completely on the other side of the hotel. ( I forgot to mention I was promised adjoining rooms). We were finally after almost 3 hours we were in our rooms! Not once did this manager or his staff come to me and say I am so sorry for any inconveniences we or Hilton Honors may hav

We booked a one night stay to celebrate our daughter's birthday with friends and family. My in-laws flew in from Florida and were staying at the hotel all week. We requested a two bedroom suite next to them. The hotel said they could accommodate our request. When we went to check in there was no one at the reception desk. Eventually some rude woman asked if we were all set. I told her I was there to check in. She said they moved our reservations to the Springhill Marriott down the street. No one emailed or called me to inform me of this change. I asked if it was a two bedroom suite and she said no. She said the new room had two queen beds. She said that because my original suite technically had two queen beds, one in each bedroom that this was comparable and that I could take it or leave it. This change of plans had our family split between two hotels. Not ideal for a party. Additionally, the new room didn't have a kitchen or living room with a pullout sofa like we had planned. I understand that the hotel had a sprinkler malfunction and it flooded out half the hotel but giving away our room and not notifying us was beyond unprofessional. Can I also say that there were two police in the lobby because the hotel was having difficulty evicting a resident from one of the flooded rooms and that this hotel serves as a shelter for the state. I wish I had know this before booking. I feel like other future customers should know this. Needless to say this place operates more like a shelter than an actual hotel. How this place can call themselves a Marriott is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Wir haben gerade von unseren Kindern auf einer paar Nächte entfernt Reise zurückgekommen und ich muss sagen, die Zimmer sind sauber und die AC funktionierte sehr gut. Grab und Go Frühstück war anständig und jeder fand etwas. Die Kinder haben sich nicht gekümmert. Ich musste nach unten auf den Vordertisch und ein paar Dinge kaufen und während ich wartete meine turn diese Frau schrie an das Mädchen hinter dem Rechner es war schrecklich zu bezeugen, diese Art von Verhalten, aber sie war sehr brutal auch außerhalb mit einem anderen Gast . Nach der verrückten Lady Ift sprach ich mit der jungen Lady arbeiten und sagte ihr, sie war extrem professionell und hätte nicht so behandelt werden dürfen. Sie dankte mir und half mir mit dem, was ich den ganzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Rebecca ist dieses Unternehmen so glücklich, Sie zu haben. Sie waren so hilfreich nicht nur mit meiner Familie, sondern mit jedem Gast, der etwas brauchte. Als Rebeccas Schicht über eine andere junge Lady Shirley kam und sie wieder hilfreich war , hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Bravo sonesta Sie haben ganz das Personal. Danke Mädchen so viel für unsere Reise erstaunlich. Wir werden bald wieder sein !

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, so dass dies die Art des Hotels, das wir mögen. Plus, als Mitglieder von Marriott Bonvoy, wurden wir ein Zimmer auf einem hohen Stock entfernt vom Aufzug gegeben. Yay. Eincheckung war sauber. Wir waren in unserem Suite-Stil-Zimmer in Minuten. Ich mag den erweiterten Raum dieses Hotel bietet mit einem Desk/Kitchenette-Bereich getrennt vom Schlafbereich. Unser Zimmer sah über die Holzfläche am Rücken des Hotels, aber angesichts der Lage dieses Hotel am Ende der Straße, denke ich, es würde nicht viel Lärm auf die gleiche Weise. Das Frühstücksbereich war ein wenig überfüllt von der Art und Weise, wie das Essen in einem Alkove aufgestellt wird. Aber nichts, das mit einem kleinen Geduld nicht überwunden werden kann. Sie bieten die Standard weit von geschroteten Eiern, Sauce-Patten und Waffeln. Angesichts unserer begrenzten Zeit war dies der perfekte Stop. Ich würde gerne zurückkommen.

Wir genossen uns im neu renovierten Andover Inn. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir angekommen waren, wurden wir als Königsgäste von der aufmerksamen Mitarbeiterin und Manager des Inns außerordentlich begrüßt. Dank Brians unverzüglichen amerikanischen Geschichte erfahren wir von den bemerkenswerten Gästen, die das Inn besucht haben und die berühmte Geschichte der Phillips Andover Academy. Brian machte auch unser Besuch am meisten erinnerlich, indem er uns vorschlug, die nahe gelegene Addison Gallery zu besuchen. Das superbly verwaltete Andover Inn wird sehr empfohlen.

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.
