Es war ok, ich war eigentlich in schlechter nichts, fast nichts, es ist in der Mitte von nichts, es fühlt sich wie

Wir waren in Anderson für eine craft Fair am heißesten Wochenende des Jahres (heat index 108f). Wenn wir incheckten, waren wir erschöpft, heiß und bereit, entspannen. Das Personal machte eine Brise einchecken, das Zimmer war genau das, was wir gefragt haben. Und ein zusätzlicher Bonus war der Wasserdruck wie ein Feuerschuh und machte Dusche schnell und einfach, so dass wir etwas Ruhe bekommen konnten.

Er wurde gestoppt, weil der müde Reisende in mir müde war von der Fahrt und wollte nur einige viel notwendige Ruhe. Gute Wahl. Hatte einen schnellen check in (Kayla war sehr nett und hilfsbereit) und für den Abend geruht. Das Zimmer war genügend gemütlich. Die einzige Sache, die mich störte, war die AC, die Mitte der Nacht aufschaltet. Ich bin nicht sicher, warum es mich wach machte, weil ich meist ein fester Schlafanzug bin, aber, es klang wie ein Schlagtrockner aufgeschaltet, im Zimmer, direkt neben der Tür o mein Kopf! Wunderbar. Frühstücksraum war sauber und gemütlich und nicht zu viel. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, nicht zu warten auf einen Pancake oder einen Kaffee... Sie wissen, wie das geht.

I hate writing negative reviews. However I know I rely on honest reviews when making my own reservations. I had tried to work things out first with the hotel, but they did not follow up after more than a few weeks so I am here. Sadly this place was fine when I stayed a year ago. This time, my room was not clean. It appeared clean on entry with clean folded towels, and made beds. I spent my first hours at the desk. By the time I went to shower and bed it was after midnight. First, I went to lay something on top of the toilet but it was dusty/hair. While doing toileting my eyes fell asleep the ground under the sink…there was dried “junk” from what looking like a human under there and the corners 5 inches thick with trash —hair and other gross stuff that looked like something where someone lived there a few weeks or months and hadn’t tidied up yet. It got worse from there. I opened the shower curtain to hairs (pubs?chest? Head?) all over tub bottom, resting surface and wall. Thankfully I had shoes with me that I ended up wearing to shower. After making it through I went to go to bed and pulled back corners and you guessed it—more hair. It was a 2 bed room so thankfully the other bed was clean. It was too late and too tired to go to the desk and try and get another room. However I was supposed to stay 2 nights and dropped it to the one. I asked if I could have 50% off or a comped night as it was that bad. No manager in that day and wouldn’t be for days. A nice girl named Charmi apologized and said she couldn’t do anything without manager other than move me to a different room. I told her I couldn’t trust that it would be clean or have time to go room to room. Meanwhile a large man who appeared to work maintenance or something there stared me uncomfortably down while I spoke with the desk. No way would I stay another night. Charmi was kind and said they’d follow up with me, but never did. So for those doing business, or visiting family, I recommend the Hampton Inn down the street above this one.

This hotel has a nice courtyard and nice rooms. The staff has been very friendly and will work with you. The air conditioner in my room is the only complaint I have. It's noisy and doesn't really put out a lot of air. The air that does come out of it isn't very cool. The beds are comfortable and it's very convenient to a bunch of restaurants and shopping.

Wir waren in der Stadt für die Feier des Lebens meines Bruders. Es war eine traurige Gelegenheit, aber das Personal war so hilfreich und freundlich. Michelle am Büro würde fragen, wie ich das tue und war so sorglich. Alle, die das Front Desk und das Hausbetreuungspersonal arbeiteten, waren freundlich und sorgfältig und machten uns zu begrüßen.
