Walnut Tree Pahalgam

no ambiance at the hotel and rooms are congested . Regular power cuts.... No regular hot water. overall it's not satisfactory

The property is located at a great location, in front of jhelum. I booked the deluxe premium room, which did have a view from the window but the putty of the walls had started falling off. The room is actually smaller than the photos. Food is great, and the staff of good too. Power cuts is frequent, hence hot water is not available always.

Our family had an amazing stay at walnut tree, pahalgam. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking! the kids loved playing in the garden while we enjoyed our morning tea with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The staff was very kind and always ready to help.

We stayed here for a night in february, and it was an amazing experience. The location is quiet and beautiful, away from the city chaos. The hotel provided us with extra blankets and heaters, making the chilly weather super comfortable. The staff treated us like family, ensuring our kids were always comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the morning with fresh snow. Definitely coming back next winter.

bad experience-power supply disruption daily a few times, hot water not there hv yo wait for tank to get filled up, heater needs time to heat up, toilet door also giving loud noise while opening and closing

I had a fantastic stay in pahalgam. The rooms were cozy, well maintained, and super clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the dining area was spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect. A special shoutout to mr. Rouf, who went above and beyond to assist us and even guided us around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
