Welcome Resort

Mr shabirat welcome resort pahalgam gave us an extraordinarily good service. The hotel was clean and tidy all staff was very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. We had a very happy and nice stay at welcome resort pahalgam.

Great location and service . Mr.Bilal Raina, Mr. Mushtaq, and Irfaan, and Ishtar were very a friendly staff who helped us a lot with the restaurant services. Chef, Mr. Zahoor and Amir were awesome. The rooms were very clean and had all amenities.

It is really nice experience of stay with nice food with specially the nadroo yakhni and Kashmiri haak saag staff is very helpful and friendly Bilal Raina and mushtaq and ishfaq and chef zahoor the special mention for my wife birthday celebration they arranged special decorations in room

We stayed for two nights at Welcome Resort Pahalgam and had a wonderful experience. The family suites offered stunning mountain views, and the property, which is new, was exceptionally well-maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Shabbir (manager), Ayaz (bellboy), Junaid (housekeeping), and Nazir Ahmed (maintenance) for making our stay so enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, and the hospitality was flawless, with every staff member dedicated to guest comfort. We also appreciate Mr. Inayat (manager), Bilal Raina and Shakir (captains), ***** with Mustaque and Irfan (GSA), for their outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pahalgam!

Excellent hospitality and great food and ambiance. Homely feeling and great nature view and having the clam environment and very near to the town but having all amenities. Recommend all to visit and stay here visiting Pahalgam. One should visit to experience the hospitality as it is one of the exclusive

Had a wonderful time at the resort! The rooms are decently good with each room having a separate balcony sit-out. There is a nice play area in the garden for kids. But the best part is the amazing hospitality of the staff! Overall the entire staff is very polite and kid friendly. However, would like to give special mention to Shakir, Nayeem & Irfan who attended to us at the restaurant. Their hospitality was par excellence! They paid special attention to my 2yr old baby who is too energetic to stay still at one place. But they very skillfully took care of him and kept him playfully occupied by either giving him balloons, taking him out for a stroll in the garden or even feeding him multiple desserts as per his tastes while giving us ample time to enjoy the food at the restaurant. This was a wonderful gesture as each of them went above and beyond to help manage my baby so that we could relax and enjoy! At the end they even offered us complimentary desserts as well which was like cherry on top after receiving such a commendable 5 star service. Would also like to mention Ayaz & Shahid who helped us during our checkout and also offered to take care of my baby while we did the checkout formalities. Overall had a great experience! Thanks to the staff for making this a memorable stay! Would certainly visit again next time we are in pahalgam!
