Residence Inn by Marriott at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Good location

房間狹窄擁擠，廚房臟亂，盤子都要重新洗過才能用，幾個酒店密集坐落一起，到了尖沙咀似的，尤其不可思議的是，給我的房間是拐角房，衹有半片窗户可以看出去，另半片被牆擋住的。 萬豪系對攜程用户的歧視我已經第二次遇到，以後無論如何不能在攜程訂萬豪系的酒店了。

이 호텔은 고객을 호구로 이용하며 적극 추천하지 않습니다. 꼭 이 호텔은 체크인시 이미 파손된 시설물이 있는 룸으로 안내를 해줄것입니다. 그리고 체크아웃후 보증금은 돌려받지 못하게 될것입니다. 또한 추가로 체크아웃 2~3일후 보증금 결제한 그 카드에서 동의없이 수백불을 추가청구 결제할것입니다. 어떻게 이런호텔이 존재할수있는지... 저와 같은 피해자가 나오질 않길 바라며 후기 올립니다.

環境優美舒適宜人

Overall, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the facilities were well-maintained, which allowed us to have an enjoyable stay. However, it was disappointing that our request for cleaning was not fulfilled. If this issue is addressed, it would make the accommodation perfect.

This is our third year staying at this property. It is our go to for our annual Disney trip. It is perfect with the kitchenette. Rooms are immaculate and the amenities are always up to par. We will continue to use Residence Inn for our trips to Disney.

Overall a very good hotel and pricing was decent. Only down side is the queen beds are not very comfortable but they are not awful. Would consider staying again!

Everything was great, but unfortunately, you hear the traffic throughout the night and the sirens. There’s a lot of homeless people around but very convenient if you are going to Disneyland.
