Amsterdam Hotelboat

We booked a room for two nights in Amstardam Hotelboat. Our room was outside the regular corridor for the rooms, rather, our entrance was from the deck of the ship. Our room was dirty (we found multiple cigarettes filters on the ground, dirt all around), also, our sink and our toilet were clogged, with a very bad smell coming out of them, expecially the sink which had dirty water inside. Also, our "door" had many drafts that let cold and humidity in. Moreover, even though the descriptions says so, no hair driers are available, which would have been good to have known before showering. When asked about this to the reception the amswer has been "its a 20 euros per night in amsterdam", which clearly gives an idea of the carelessness of the staff and the shabbyness of the place. If it was not enough, on the second night my girlfriend was not feeling alright and so we were looking for someone of the stuff to ask for help, the only guy from the stuff that we found was completely drunk, which is something that honestly I believe is borderline legal. The common toilets are also awful. It is not possible to throw toilet paper in the wc, so there are trash bins aside where to put the used toilet paper. These bind do not have a cover, which is both very antihygenic and smells extremely bad. To make it even worst, these bins were not emptied regularly and in the morning they still had the paper from the day before. To answer the guy from the staff. I completely understand that form a 25 euros per night hotelboat in amsterdam you cannot expect much, and I did not, howerver: -If I pay for something I want it there -Clogged toilets, sink full of water that has been there for days, drafts in tbe "door", bins full of old toilet paper. That is not some 5 star hotel stuff, it is basic hygene, which has to be ensured in every place. I honestly believe that if a hygene inspection was run there it would probably close -A drunk man as the only guy that we could find helping us is honestly unbelievable, we were lucky that my girlfriend was only feeling bad but anything was too serious, I wonder what would have happened if something actually bad would have happened, and I live this question to the members of the staff and their boss The experience was overall terrible, by far worst place I have ever been. Cannot reccomand it to anyone. Ps: I have left out pther details (the "cleaneness" of the kitchen, some other stuff that we found in our room)

Gente con malos tratos. Hacian 2 grados y el lugar no tenía ni agua caliente ni calefacción. Cuando fuimos a comentarles el problema no solo no quisieron devolvernos la plata sino que encima se burlaron porque TENÍAMOS FRÍO. Horrible experiencia, no vayan.
