Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

畢生住過最差的一家酒店！出發前已經在攜程全款付款，去到他們要我信用卡擔保時候扣了一千歐，讓我等待入住時候給我無端端扣了1516 歐，致電攜程，酒店説我額外預訂的，簡直無中生有！最後下去前台交涉，沒有道歉沒有解釋，説我們預訂部扣錯了，現在給你退，作為一個號稱small luxury的酒店，簡直荒唐至極！ 不建議任何中國人入住，這個酒店不喜歡中國人 也不合適帶孩子入住 這個地段酒店多得是，建議攜程自己也要體驗清楚才推薦

極佳地理位置，房間高科技設備，服務熱心周到。高端酒店中價格還算合理。 可惜二樓的餐廳沒能有機會去享受。 下次還會再住。

Als Liebhaber klassischer Cocktails haben wir die Hotelbar des TwentySeven besucht, da es ein renommiertes 5-Sterne-Hotel ist. Leider wurde die Piña Colada nicht mit dem Blender gemacht, wie der Rezept der International Bartenders Association beschreibt. Du hast Probleme, werden Sie sagen - ist ja auch nicht dramatisch, nur hätte man in einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwartet, dass man 1. weiß wie man den Cocktail macht, 2. nicht vorab telefonisch sagt, man kann den machen, wenn in der Bar gar keinen Blender vorhanden ist, 3. man den Gast nicht abspeist mit „Wir nehmen die Beschwerde ernst und werden sie prüfen.“ 32 Euros sind aber weg und den Cocktail genossen hat man nicht. Schade.

Wir sind in den Osterferien für eine Wiche mit der Familie(11+16) in diesem absoluten Luxushotel gewesen. Schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und persönlich, so dass wir es kaum erwarten konnten, endlich anzukommen. Natürlich haben wir die Fotos im Internet gesehen, aber unsere Erwartungen bei unserer Ankunft wurden um ein Vielfaches übertroffen. Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. In den exclusive ausgestatteten Suiten wird man von eine Butler Team betreut. Egal ob Frühstück, Dinner oder zwischendurch. Ich wüsste nicht, was es zu beanstanden gibt. Ich bin durchaus ein kritischer Gast aber dem Hotel mit seinem gesamten Team muss man einfach die volle Punktzahl geben. Der Urlaub war perfekt und wenn man einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam plant, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Es wird unvergesslich!

Eines der besten Hotels der Welt. Perfektion in allen Belangen. Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und der unbedingte Wille aller Beteiligten, zur Zufriedenheit des Gastes zu agieren, sind für mich beispiellos. Ich habe so etwas bisher noch nicht erlebt. Die Kulinarik im Restaurant ist ebenfalls auf Weltklasse Niveau. Der Blick fürs Detail macht auf diesem Level sicherlich den Unterschied. Hier passt einfach alles zusammen! Vielen Dank für diese einzigartige Gastfreundschaft!

The most perfect hotel that I've ever stayed in. The hotel is in the most central location of Amsterdam. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The staff is amazing! Breakfast at the hotel should not be missed. The bar is wonderful. Cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful stay.

From the moment we stepped inside, the service was impeccable. We felt welcomed and everyone was so friendly. Casey and Sammy offered great tips and helped us make a reservation at Restaurant Bougainville for dinner. The rooms are luxurious and elegant. The bed was very cozy and the location is ideal. Our room faced the plaza but no matter what time of day, our room stayed super quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order along with other items they brought to your table. It was delicious and you won’t leave hungry! This was our favorite hotel stay of anywhere we have stayed. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A poor experience in the awful Extreme Wow Suite at the W Amsterdam led to us frantically seeking alternate accommodations during our weekend visit for my husband's 50th birthday. As we generally prefer smaller boutique hotels with lively bars/restaurants, I immediately checked my Tablet Hotels app for their list of "Happening" Amsterdam hotels. Having previously seen great reviews online of Bar TwentySeven, the appearance of Hotel TwentySeven on that list caught my eye. We decided to stop in for breakfast and conduct further diligence on hotel options as we ate. However, immediately upon entering Hotel TwentySeven, bellman Sammy and front desk agent Sam offered welcomes so warm we knew immediately that we had found "our place." From Sammy personally collecting our luggage from the W while providing excellent recommendations on nearby sites, to Sam quickly and efficiently handling all details of our booking, to the amazing Bougainville staff who not only concocted an incredible off-the-menu avocado toast but remembered our order precisely the following day, to our attentive butler who went above and beyond at all turns, Hotel TwentySeven exceeded every expectation we had for a city hotel. The Grand Terrace Suite offered the perfect mix of luxury and comfort with a chic living area, bedroom and fabulous terrace overlooking the square. Hotel TwentySeven not only nailed the big things (high quality furnishings and comfortable beds) but also the little things...fabulous linens, uber-luxury bath products (Lanvin and Lalique), excellent wine and champagne in the mini bar, and room service that was (quite literally) Michelin-starred. And beyond the fabulous quality of the hotel itself, the amazing staff added that something extra that transforms an experience from great to perfect. Everyone with whom we interacted was not only friendly, but knowledgeable, warm and clearly focused on ensuring all guests have the best stay possible. Many thanks to the Hotel TwentySeven for a truly extraordinary stay...we cannot wait to return.

I want to buy this hotel, and all the staff what wonderful people, amazing hotel! Hotel, when I buy I want my family and friends to enjoy heaven because this place is as close to heaven as you will ever get!!!! I stayed here for one night on my way back from Europe to the USA. Words cannot express how incredible this hotel is. I’m a 54 year old physician who literally has travelled the world. I’m ambassador with Marriott and diamond with Hilton. I’ve stayed at raffles properties, peninsula, and four seasons properties. Hotel 27 has them all beat! From the minute I walked though the front door, I felt like I stepped into the rabbit hole of Alice and wonderland. Hotel 27 is a true fantasy. I read some other reviews where people said “it’s an experience”….i was like what the heck are these people talking about? It a hotel..no, no, no….how wrong I was! It is truly an experience! It is an experience in life that everyone must see for themselves. The hotel is gorgeous, well thought out, and completely soundproofed! I felt like my room was a bank vault. The decor is a combination of gothic and fantasy land. Everything is custom made. The beds are like fluffy clouds that I did not want to get out of. Service was an “11”. When I arrived, I was greeted by three employees, who all took personal interest in making sure my check in went perfectly. I was then introduced to Tim, one of my butlers, and Alune, another butler. They both casually in small talk, asked me questions about my self, where I liked to travel, personal likes and hobbies, and where my favorite travels were. Alune described the services they provided as our butlers, and helped me with arrangements, including even ironing my outfit for the night! Incredible. I would personally like to thank the owner, Mr Eric Towen. You sir, have created a masterpiece, I never ever dreamed that a hotel could be THIS GREAT! Congratulations to you and your staff. Keep this hotel running exactly as is, it is perfection. I did have a chance to eat the amazing burger the chef makes, but I heard that breakfast is the bomb! I definitely plan on returning back, and will be staying much longer than one night. I have to! This place is 100% the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Absolutely Impeccably !!! LUXURY AT ITS FINEST ! If you love SPOTLESS suites, FANTASTIC service and a MILLION STAR Michelin restaurant STAY HERE ! Sit at the Chefs tasting table if available it was Beyond our expectations !!! We can't wait to return !!!
