Marriott Executive Apartments Mall Road Amritsar

I went to this property after staying in Taj Amritsar, to be honest I find this property top notch! The comfort it provides was incredible. Staff is humble and friendly. Speacial thanks to Mr. Raghav for making our stay at Marriott memorable!

Had a great stay at the hotel and prefect location and really good prices when it comes to transportation and great service as well. Special thanks to raghav the manger for making sure all the things for prefect for our stay

The service was not good for the best hotel in town. No hot water in the night. They can improve…

Comfortable, great food and not to forget extremely fantastic customer service.

Had a wonderful dinner with my family here! The food was absolutely amazing, and a huge shoutout to Chef Pankaj for preparing such delicious and superb dishes. The staff was equally awesome, courteous, and welcoming, making our experience even more memorable, Shoutout to Ma'am Anjali. Highly recommended for great food and excellent hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in Marriott Bonvoy in Mall Road Amritsar. The quality and food service was great. Service representatives Aditya and Navdeep were very hospitable and served us well. I would recommend this restaurant highly.

A decent experience at the property, loved this hotel for its location and the food. The room was clean and very spacious but they do not have a spa. What disappointed me the most was HR issues. The staff training, needs a good look again. The hotel could not my find reservation upon arrival, even after I got a notification about the room being ready in the morning as I am a Gold Marriott Bonvoy member. On my last day before check out the electricity was gone for good 30-35 mins in the morning and reason given were just absurd, they could have dealt with it a little better. Mind you they do have generators for back up but at that point even they could not come alive. I unfortunately forgot my shirt in the room and it was an ordeal to have the hotel check the same and revert. Had called 3 times speaking with 3 different people (don’t want to name them here) They had no sense of responsibility to even contact the Customer about the lost item in the room and when the customer calls they go unresponsive, sadly as I said earlier the staff needs training and surely more responsibility. A lot more to share but will be happy to share with the management if they like to know. This is the 2nd Marriott brand I have stayed in the city and both end up on a disappointing note. Many aspects to look into. Hope they know what they are doing to loyal customers.

Very nice stay. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and nice .
