The property is not maintained well, basic hygiene issues are not taken care off, even though the room was booked thru make my trip the room was not ready on arrival, the washroom was not clean had to get it cleaned, towel was not provided, fan in the room was not working, tv in the room was not operational, mostly every basic need was missing & had to get it done by instructing the staff. Won’t recommend

1. Service not provided 2. There is no water for drinking 3. Towels not provided 4. Table & chair not available.

1. The rooms are small in size. 2. Commode top plate not available on commode hence not comfortable to seat on it after telling to manager 2nd day they provided another room which have same problem. 3. There is hangers are also not available to hang wet cloths. 4. Aminities they not given like complimentary breakfast upto you not demand for it with them. Even they not asking for it. 5. 3rd day they provided another room which didn't t available hot water in bathroom. 6. Food is very expensive as compare to test. 7. They themselves demand for good reviews and said give reviews by thoughtful. My suggestion is that please avoid it, if you found another hotel.

Thanks hotel landmark upgrading my room to business class. Clean rooms and staff is also very supportive. Food taste is excellent and their restaurant is also good. Clean swimming pool
