Khas Bagh

Wir hatten Ende 2023 ein jährliches Familientreffen in Kash Bagh und alles, was ich über den Ort sage, wird unserer Erfahrung in diesem versteckten Juwel nicht gerecht! Dieser Ort liegt abseits des Trubels der Hauptstadt Jaipur und wirkt sehr malerisch mit einem klassischen Touch. Die treibende Kraft hinter diesem außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt war das Team vor Ort, das den täglichen Betrieb des Ortes leitete – sie waren außergewöhnlich! Angefangen von Herrn Ghose, der das Anwesen verwaltet, bis hin zu Suresh Verma (verantwortlich für F&B), Krishna (Housekeeping), Jaikanta und Vishram – alle waren außergewöhnlich! Ohne die Hilfe von Herrn Ghose hätte ich nicht alle Veranstaltungen während des Aufenthalts so reibungslos durchführen können. Er hat mir bei jedem Schritt geholfen – angefangen damit, die Willkommensgeschenke am richtigen Ort aufzubewahren, über die Organisation der Kamelritte, das Drachensteigen bis hin zu einem fantastischen traditionellen Volkslied-/Tanzabend – Herr Gosh hat sich praktisch im Alleingang um alles gekümmert und alle Aktivitäten, die er organisierte, waren unterhaltsam und von guter Qualität. Obwohl ich den ganzen Aufenthalt für meine ganze Familie veranstaltete, konnte ich mich entspannen und es genießen. Eine Sache an Khas Bagh, die für mich und meine Familie ein Highlight bleibt, ist, wie heimelig und warm der Ort war. Wir fühlten uns einfach wie zu Hause – das Personal war äußerst fleißig und zuvorkommend – wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Suresh Ji kümmerte sich um all unsere Essens- und Getränkewünsche und machte uns während unserer Lounge-Zeit am Abend fantastische Cocktails – das Essen war frisch und fühlte sich hausgemacht an und war so lecker, wie es nur sein kann! Insgesamt war unsere Erfahrung in Khas Bagh einfach außergewöhnlich und ich kann mir keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um das Ende des Jahres 2023 mit der ganzen Familie zu feiern. Alles an diesem Ort war perfekt und das machte die ganze Feier zu einem der unvergesslichsten Ereignisse für alle in der Familie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen wollen!

The ambience was so good that it mesmerised. The staff is so helpful & you won't feel uncomfortable for it. I love the place very much and would recommend to my friends and family to visit here. The food is so authentic and the scenery is work class. Property was amazing & with full of royalness.

This was an amazing get away from the city hustle….it has beautiful view and a hidden gem near to jaipur city….the food was really delicious and sweets were also delicious…the staff is very helpful and humble…pool area was also very nice at the property

Had an amazing experience with our friends . The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The entire property gives a very cosy vibe to chill over a weekend. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable . Would love to visit again . Thank you for the hospitality

Well maintained boutique property, nestled in outskirts of Jaipur. It's like a hidden gateway away from all the chaos. Peace and nature are two complimentary things they offer ***** with breakfast. Well managed by Mr. Ransher Singh Ji. Great hospitality by Mr. Biplop Ghosh who is always around the property. Rooms are spacious, heritage style, ample space to walk and chill around the property. Fresh food is prepared and served on request. Very farm to table kind of scene. 10/10

An amazing venue, friendly and fantastic waiting staff and an all round great experience. Really large and beautifully decorated rooms, excellent service, nice bar. Everybody had a smile on their face. Good food. Good atmosphere. A great stay.

Enjoyed a superb 3 night stay in this beautiful heritage property. A sea of tranquility about half an hour away from downtown Jaipur. Beautiful clean room, great breakfasts and dinners - and friendly attentive staff. Amazing grounds and pool area too - perfect for spending a couple of peaceful lazy hours in the late afternoon after a hectic days sightseeing. It was also a pleasure to meet the owner Mr Ransher Singh on a couple of occasions who was kind enough to talk us through several of the interesting stories behind the many fascinating photographs on the wall in the beautiful polo lounge/bar. A thoroughly enjoyable and very pleasant stay.

It was a mistake that we made a booking at Khas Bagh. The property is good with a big lawn area, kitchen garden etc. but it is managed extremely badly by the staff Ambiance and Atmosphere: - No control on noisy guests: High chances of no silence/peace in the night as they will give rooms to indecent and disrespectful people who will drink outside their room, talk loudly and create ruckus in the night. It is understandable that they don't know who is booking the room but taking action against the miscreants is in their hand but even after multiple complains till 1 AM in the night, the hotel staff failed miserably in taking any action. Responsiveness of the hotel staff against complaint and requests was extremely bad. I went ***** with my 1 year old son and while we were sleeping in the room, he got disturbed a lot of times in the night because of the loud noises but we felt helpless till 4 AM as neither the hotel staff and manager did anything nor our request to these people to lower the volume worked. Service - Front desk was not responsive on the phone and was unavailable after 11 pm if you are facing any issue. You will have to call multiple times to get any response. We had got our room in the building that they call "Badal Mahal" and it was a bit far from the front desk so it was really bad experience given the front desk being non responsive Parking - No proper parking area was available. Car were getting blocked with another car and you won't be able to take your car out in case of emergency in the night Dining - There is no menu card anywhere(room or restaurant) in the hotel. They will tell you a limited list of items, you have to choose out of them only, nothing beyond. Food quality was good but there is no transparency in terms of the price and options that you can order which is sad. Amenities - Wifi quality was very bad. You won't be able to connect with wifi and if you are able to then it will say no internet available and in sometime it will disconnect automatically. You will have to rely on your mobile data only. - Water kettle cap was getting stuck and was not easy to open. On raising the issue, they said to manage with it as it working fine just the cap is getting stuck and use your strength to open. Quite surprising that response was. Special call out - Off all the bad experiences, serving staff "Suresh" in the restaurant was really good and friendly. Given that we had a 1 year old kid with us, he had given extra attention to us and ensured to serve us hot food on table and anything required to feed the kid. To conclude, it is a clear "NO" for Khas Bagh. We had paid Rs.12000 per night for suite room which is not at all a value for money given the experience we had. Shamefulness of the staff also was next level as they were not at all sorry for giving that kind of experience when we went for checking out and pay our bill. I am pretty sure if they won't see repeat customer given the kind of service they provid

Khas bagh is tucked away in Amer, 40 mins from jaipur airport. The rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. The food is delicious and the service is prompt. The polo room (bar) reminds one of a heritage old pub room with comfortable aofas and soft jazz music. the staff are eager to please, polite and friendly. Khas Bagh is lovely for a family, solo or even a small corporate event. Ask for Suresh and Laxman, who are both prompt and will take good care of you. Their recommendations on food were spot on and their warmth is what will take me back again! Mr Ghosh also enaured that our needs and requirements were met and facilitated a great experience. I shall be returning to Khas Bagh whenever i crave tranquility and peace with warm hospitality and quaint but tasteful decor.
