Waren für drei Nächte hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und dem Schloss entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Der Parkplatz war im Hof, ich konnte nicht rein. Die Angestellten kamen, um zu helfen, als sie es sahen. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber alle Speisen sind von hoher Qualität.Es wird empfohlen dort ein Abendessen zu bestellen.Es ist lecker und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das ausgewählte Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, das zum Schlafen geöffnet werden kann, das sehr geräumig ist

Hotel was selected by Trafalgar as part of a northern France tour. Room satisfactory and was able to sleep well. There is not enough lifts so had to go down with stairs or wait a while but used lift to go up. Water is provided in the corridors where you can fill up your water bottle from the dispenser at the end of the corridor. Breakfast which is a buffet was satisfactory. Hotel is somewhat distant from the nearest convenience store or bar. There is a pool at the hotel which appeared popular given the warm days experienced. Staff were polite and courteous.

Lovely Boutique Hotel-about 10 rooms -in Amboise in the Loire Velley A perfect home base from which to tour the valley. Great location-3 blocks to the center of town. Rooms are decent size, King bed with desk and a very nice sitting area. Nice mixture of antique furnishings with modern. Bathrooms are new and also nicely sized with large shower and a tub. We had a room on the third floor in the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and pool with views of the Chateau Royal Amboise. Excellent maid service in the morning. A wonderful buffet breakfast is served at 17.50 Eu per person, but you can easily walk into town and eat at one of the wonderful cafes which typically open around 9:00. Sylvie, the manager was wonderful and attended to all our needs. if yuou come in your own car, parking is a little tricky. There are public lots and spaces all over town but you have to find a spot by yourself. There is no real off street parking for the hotel itself. We stayed for five days and would stay again. Some of the rooms are a little smaller. When you book be sure to ask the size of the room. They are prices naccordingly.

Very little to say about this place that would encourage someone to stay here. We were cycling along the Loire and landed on this place - foolishly, I did not check the location, and not really (not very welcoming for our bikes) It’s quite far from the center - a 45 minute walk, with no taxis available. So had to get back on the bikes to go to dinner, not a huge problem, but did quite fancy a break. The accommodation was basic and cramped for 4, additionally, it was incredibly hot and no option to open a window. The place is barren, with trees that’ll be great in 10-20 years. The pool was nice to have. Breakfast was a bunch of things from the supermarket. Avoid this place if you have another option.

Sehr gutes Schlosshotel, sehr komfortabel vom Schloss bis zum Garten. Das Hotelrestaurant ist ein mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, das am Tag unserer Abreise gebucht werden kann, und es ist ein großartiges Abendessen. Die Einrichtungen im Hotel sind auch sehr einfach, was man gut genießen kann. Es gibt nicht viele Parkplätze im Inneren, aber es sollte frei sein.Wenn Sie voll sind, sollten Sie vor dem Hotel parken. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher wird empfohlen, bei relativ kurzer Check-in-Zeit die Box ins Auto zu stellen und nur die notwendigen Gegenstände ins Hotel zu bringen. Nichts anderes, es ist wirklich ein tolles Hotel. Der Garten hat einen geheimen Waldweg, der sehr schön ist.

What makes a stay all the more memorable is customer service. This Chateau exceeds in friendliness and hospitality. Olivier the owner greeted us as we checked in, every time we saw he himself would chat with us. He was so welcoming and gave us excellent suggestions for places to go and places to eat. Our room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and included honey from beehives on the property. The property itself is large. We didn’t have a chance to explore but there are walks and tunnels.

Durch eine Autopanne konnten wir nicht bis 21:00 Uhr anreisen, das Hotel vorab informiert hat uns eine absolute perfekte und narrensichere Anweisung zukommen lassen, wie wir in unser Zimmer gelangen können bei einer späten Anreise. Das Anwesen ist groß, hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem Pool, den wir allerdings nicht nutzten. Unser Zimmer war riesig und altertümlich, das Bad modern und luxeriös: mit Badewanne. Ich habe geschlafen wie Gott in Frankreich. Unser spätes Frühstück war klassisch französisch, ein Buffet nicht allzu riesig aber alles da und vorallem es gab großartigen französischen Käse, naja das die Baguettes in Frankreich anders schmecken als in Deutschland kennt man ja. Für mich also perfekt. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und nett, sprach perfekt englisch (für mich wichtig mangels ausreichender Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache),Wir sind schweren Herzen weitergefahren, aber sehr sicher kommen wir bald wieder!
