My reservation was for an executive room with a city view and complimentary late check-out, so i made a special request for early check-in when i booked. I called the hotel today to confirm if early check-in would be possible, and they informed me that i could check in at 11 am. However, when i arrived at 11 am, they did not provide the room i had booked. When i pointed out that this wasn't the room i had paid for, the staff told me that check-in for that specific room would only be possible at 1 pm. I explained that i had already confirmed early check-in in the morning, but they responded that if i had any issues, i could wait until 1 pm. Because of this, i was placed in a different room temporarily and had to wait, even though i couldn't wait that long.
