Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfreich mit unserem Google Translate :) Wir sind ein Paar, aber es ist großartig für Familien und Freunde und Alleinreisende. Es ist ein schönes authentisches, historisches Hotel- und nicht neues modernes. Amasya braucht mindestens 2 Nächte - einfach mehr. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und authentisch, die alte Stadt ist schön. Die 5000 Jahre alte Burg und Königsgraben nehmen mindestens einen Tag. Es gibt ein Preisträger Manti Restaurant und ein authentisches Live-Volksmusik-Restaurant mit lecker anatolianischer Küche und Spirit. Alles wandelbar. Hoch empfehlen! We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.
