This is a lovely hotel b all means. He staff specially the receptionist and Restaurant employees are very very nice, helpful and will do all possible effort to help. Diffenitly will come again. Although away from crowed but nice calm area to relax and enjoy the food , services and the view. They have very good suits and also good rooms.

We stayed @ Casa dolce Casa in Ravello and they arranged dinner for us. Wow! It is exceptional. Not just because of the food but also the service, view, and attention to detail. We were collected and driven back by the wonderful Pascal family. Cannot recommend this enough. The most beautiful evening.

We were looking for a quiet retreat while discovering the Amalfi coast, and we found it here at Palazzo Pascal. We toured during the day and came back to the hotel for a late afternoon swim. So refreshing! The views are stunning and staff incredible. Delicious breakfast. We will miss this place.

We stayed two nights here and everything about Palazzo Pascal was lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Our prestige suite (Fiordaliso) was small but perfectly lovely and our balcony was incredible and MASSIVE! The views out to Ravello are breathtaking. The staff was so helpful with arranging transportation for us everywhere (as well as a boat tour of Capri and the Amalfi Coast). Dinner in the restaurant on site was excellent. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Our 2-night stay at Palazzo Pascal was incredible. The views from the balcony of our room were unmatched! Every employee we met was very friendly and helpful with questions while also providing great service. We were here for our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided some complimentary gifts in our room upon arrival. The room we were in overlooking the sea had all the beautiful Italian stylings you could ask for and added to the charm of it all. We ate at their onsite restaurant and had an amazing meal overlooking the different towns and got an unexpected fireworks show off in the distance. The wine cellar needs a little bit of cleaning (the bottle I was served was stained and had prints all over it) but the selection is deep and worth selecting from. The hotel is located in Scala which is not easily accessible to Amalfi. You do need to either find a cab service willing to transport you or find a way to utilize the bus service.

Big thumbs up to the Hotel Palazzo Pascal; we stayed there for a few nights in October (in very cute Edera Suite) and loved the experience. This very small boutique hotel is in the upper part of the Scala village, right opposite Ravello across the valley. It's a perfect location for those looking for a very quiet and relaxing base to explore the local hikes, Costa Amalfi and beyond. Scala is much calmer and way less touristy than Ravello (which is 'a must see'), you will see a few locals and occasion walkers/hikers but no touristy shops - it's very authentic and laid back. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from Scala's main cobbled square. The view from our suite was fantastic, the room was super comfortable and we were looked after very well by the entire crew at the hotel - we were impressed by their very personal and attentive service, from the reception/concierge to room service, breakfast and great meal at their restaurant. The shared relaxing areas (internal and external) are beautifully designed and we loved the furniture, art and ceramic pieces on display - many from their 'sister' shop in Ravello. We hired a car at the airport and the hotel organised a parking permit for us (we enquired before we arrived and permit was ready for us when we arrived) - parking is possible close by (a few steps up from the hotel, on the main road). We liked to have a freedom to drive around and figured out that parking in other locations (villages and towns alongside costa Amalfi and in Ravello) is doable so long as one arrives early to find a good spot. We drove from / to Naples airport: half the journey is an easy motorway drive, the other half is crossing the hills so many very tight turns. Driving can be generally bit hairy, especially alongside the windy costal roads, so need to be careful but it's unforgettable experience and beautiful scenery.

We stayed for 8 nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This is a hotel with two world class assets. First its location, the Lilla suite we stayed in had a 270 degree view from the terrace, encompassing Ravello, Amalfi, Atrani, Maori and an abundance of mountains. Second its staff, they were all marvellous. The restaurant staff were impeccable, service with a smile. The food was delicious. The reception team always willing to help and advise on things to do, and help book trips. Breakfast was wonderful, with Marina cooking up beautiful omelettes and treating us like one of the family. The pool was attended by my friend Marco, a man with a heart of gold, attentive to all our needs and a genuine good guy. This hotel is a real gem, it has a unique combination of high end facilities with a warm and family feel. Not something you usually find in 5 star hotels, which in my experience can feel too corporate, cold and vanilla. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. Mr and Mrs Smith 😊

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit and dine at this beautiful place in Scala. We met Pacal at his world famous ceramic shop in Ravello. Through the process of selecting a set of custom made dishes we learned of his family’s palazzo and we were fortunate to receive an invitation to dine there. A short distance from Ravello (a 10 minute car ride provided by Luigi) - and we were a world away in beautiful Scala. The Palazzo Pascal sits upon a cliff overlooking the sea and the the town of Ravello is directly across. The town of Scala is a perfect refuge from the shops and business of the Amalfi coast. We had a wonderful aperitif taking in the twighlight views in the garden by the pool. Our dinner was a 5 star experience with excellent service and gastronomic expertise - we enjoyed scallops, squid, delicate pasta and carne, and of course some wine and dessert. It was as lovely meal in a special place - every bit as nice as our hotel in Ravello. After dinner we were given a tour of the property and a peak at one of their 7 guests suites (small kitchen included). The spaces are all decorated with care and attention to detail, charming and immaculate. The common areas feature the owner’s collection of ceramics produced by his shop and other pieces of art. The Palazzo Pascal is the perfect spot for a romantic retreat for those who appreciate tranquil, serene locations close to all the Amalfi coast has to offer. A hidden gem.
