Hotels in der Nähe von Bazar Florio, Amalfi

Eine Struktur auf dem Promotiontor der Amalfitaner Küste. Aus den herrlichen Zimmern, freundlich und gemütlich wie nie, sehr saubere Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Ich würde es für jeden, der ein schönes, romantisches Wochenende will, sehr empfehlen.

Avoid at all costs. Caution to those looking to book, there is a hotel panorama and most likely the positive reviews are meant for the hotel, not residence. First, I was told the card couldn’t be processed after successful online booking and that I needed to email my full credit information as the balance remainder on the card was insufficient, despite myself knowing this is not the case. I double checked the card I used and also asked for the last digits of the card. The card was fine, when I told them this they then changed the story to say the card number was just incomplete and again to email the card information. I refused to email and they threatened to cancel the reservation. During July, there were very few available hotels at this point just a few days to check in. So against my better judgement I provided a rarely used card in case of them being a scam and called with the information. Upon arrival at the very old building, they asked for a security deposit of 100 euros. This seems unheard of here in Italy and was discussed also in a very recent review as well. I provided the same card again written on an old fashioned carbon copy paper. When I got the keys to go upstairs they told me there are also stairs as many guests are scared of the elevator. I didn’t know what to say but now that seemed warranted. When I entered the room to lock it, I found the deadbolt to be jammed so that there was no way to internally lock the door. The building is shared use with local apartments. When I let the front desk know the deadbolt did not lock (I am young female alone) they told me first that none of the doors had internal locks. I asked a guest staying there as this seemed simply a lie, which they confirmed their door did lock internally as is a bare minimum feature at hotels to have a deadbolt lock. I note the keys to get in are a physical key rather than electronic. I requested they call maintenance to fix the door, they told me they had already left but they will come in the morning to fix the door. This means they lied that all doors do not lock as they agreed it needed to be fixed. I then informed them I would not be accepting the room and would be leaving. They tried to delay me so much with the same circular talk of they will fix the door in the morning (despite previously saying all doors do not lock internally), they also say they have security at front desk (but there are multiple entrances and no security between local residential floors and guest floors), and later that Italy requires all doors to be non panic and not internally locking (this is false). They will not refund or cancel the multiple night stay and now dispute with credit card company is in progress. Whatever you do, avoid this place. The room was also dirty and couldn’t have been cheaper put together despite the cost of the room.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Dame an der reception war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns sogar ein Zimmer mit Balkon gegeben. Wir wussten zwar nicht, dass wir eines ohne gebucht hatten, das war unter *********** nicht ersichtlich. Das Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse recht gut. Leider ist das Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Auch im Bad hat es sehr wenig Abstellplatz.

Das Hotel ist auf dem Strand, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, verfügt über große, geräumige Zimmer mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück war großartig, mit vielen Wahlen, und vor allem das Frühstückszimmer war ein Dach mit so erstaunlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und Vesevius. Alles war perfekt

Das Hotel ist absolut o.k. für ein 4-Sternehotel. Blick auf Golf von Neapel und Vesuv fantastisch. Sehr einfach und günstig ist das Parken. Schöner Swimmingpool, in dem man richtig schwimmen kann (ca. 30 Meter lang). Mein Zimmer war recht neu und sehr sauber. Checkin schnell und freundlich. Frühstück war o.k., italienisch eben. Hier hat mir nicht so gut gefallen, dass es die Getränke nur in Plastikgeschirr gab. Gute Verfügbarkeit von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (inclusive) am Meer. Der Strand ist schmal, was wohl an der Geografie liegt, das Wasser wunderbar.

Neu eröffnetes Hotel, die Umwelteinrichtungen sind sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, die Landschaft außerhalb ist sehr schön. Es gibt auch eine spezielle Strandzone, Sommerferienplatz! Das Hotel kann kostenlos parken, das Auto parken und es gibt eine spezielle Person, die für die Fahrt verantwortlich ist. Die Landschaft im Hotel Restaurant ist auch sehr schön! Weil es im Winter war, wurde kein Pool verwendet. Die Toiletten im Zimmer sind sehr gut. Zufrieden.

Das Hotel selbst ist ganz OK, aber bestenfalls 3* Standard. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas mitgenommen, das kostenlose Parken definitiv ein Plus. Und jetzt die ganzen abers: - Das Frühstück ist schon sehr ärmlich; billigster Käse und Wurst, auch jeden Tag exakt gleich. - Ein Pool in Süditalien ohne Sonnenschirme, darauf muss man erstmal kommen. - Die theoretische Nähe zum Strand sollte nicht dazu führen das man denkt, man könnte da gerade mal hinlaufen. Auch wenn die Rezeption sagt, man könnte gegenüber zum Lido Del Carabiniere, wird man vor rt feststellen, dass nur Carabiniere und ihre Angehörigen erlaubt sind. Gleiches beim daneben gelegenen Lido Esercito, nur Militärangehörige. Hotel scheint das nicht zu wissen. Meine heftigste Reklamation: Habe das Hotel via Accor Website mit Vorauszahlung per Kreditkarte gebucht und so auch bestätigt bekommen: ”Vor Ort zu zahlender Betrag: 0,00 Euro” / außer Kurtaxe. Beim Checkout bekommt man dann gesagt, nein, da gibts ein Computerproblem, ich müsse jetzt (nochmal) zahlen. Ich könnte das ja schnell bei meiner Bank überprüfen (kann ich halt nicht, erst wenn meine Kreditkartenabrechnung vorliegt). Es hat sich zwar am Ende als richtig herausgestellt, aber das hätte man mir auch beim Checkin sagen können, dann hätte ich tatsächlich Zeit zur Prüfung können. Mir wurde einfach gesagt, dass meine Accor Bestätigung falsch sei. Der Umgang mit meinem Problem, welches letztlich vom Hotel verursacht wurde, war unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Der Managerin beim Checkout war das auch alles völlig gleichgültig, ist halt so. Nie wieder würde ich in dieses Hotel gehen.
