Leiter eine Katastrophe nicht 1 Stern würdig Uns wurde leider nicht einmal die Koffer aus der Hand genommen keine Begrüßung !wir sind mit Familie mit kleinen Kindern am ersten Tag leider sehr aggressiv aufgenommen worden als Gast wurden wir gefragt ob wir ein waffe tragen würden obwohl wir da mit der ganzen Familie vor der Resepsiyon standen das haben wir in 30 Jahre noch nie erleben müssen,wir wurden förmlich in abstell Kammer gesteckt was unzumutbar für Familie mit Kindern war die Balkon Türen gingen nicht auf ….Telefon Funktion null! Pool überfüllt in corona Zeiten 30 m2 pool 200 Leute Essen Ausgabe Schlange nehmen den Toiletten Die Bilder sind schön gemacht! Wenn wir Feedback geben wollten wurden förmlich von Personal umzingelt was ich in der Türkei noch nie erlebt habe wir lieben unser Land aber die Menschen haben vergessen Freundlichkeit hilfsbereit zu sein wer kein stressigen Urlaub verbringen möchte sollte sich das zweimal überlegen

Staff were great, there was a good variety of food available and the hotel was clean with good facilities. My 8 year old really enjoyed the slides and pool, especially the night time pool parties. I would like to return in the summer with my daughter’s family. My wife had trouble getting her mobility scooter in the lifts. Do you have ground floor apartments? If so this would make life easier next time. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely holiday. Ray.

Just got back from another brilliant holiday x missing all staff and management who are excellent there x Spa facilities are too expensive they should bring Mehmet back for turkish baths who gives 5☆service but more affordable prices x Will be booking for our normal 2 holidays next year xx Our happy place x

Rebooked for June can not wait 😍 awesome family hotel staff are great can't do enough for you and are very helpful rooms are lovely nice and clean food is excellent made feel very welcome 🥰 best family hotel I've stayed at better then 4* and 5* for family atmosphere ignore the negative posts

Great holiday for kids and adults, loads of entertainment, food good, a supermarket opposite the hotel which was handy to have, sports bar down road which is called skybar was good to go to, staff excellent. Only down fall for me personally was bed abit hard for my liking 🤣 so got myself and airbed which helped 😉

3rd time at this hotel, we love the staff and daytime entertainment, Food is good, chef is a family man and friendly. 5-10minute walk to shops and beach, water sports, fish in the sea, we love this place, The sky bar across the street shows all sports and served food and cocktails, there is a large supermarket too. A few stray dogs which are friendly and cats too. 3 cool water slides plus hotel do a late night pool party and foam party

Did not take to the hotel at first but after day one I changed my opinion. The rooms were adequate, cleaned daily to a high standard, towels and bed changed just about on a daily basis. My biggest gripe with the room was there was not enough drawer space. Bed was not as comfy as I had hoped but at least I could get a good nights sleep with it. Many hotels the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The food was hot and varied, I could always find something to eat. It did go downhill as the week passed but this could be due to this being the end of their summer openning. All the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel did endeavour to put on entertainment each evening. We do have to back in April and to be honest I cannot see any reason not to book Esra again. Will certainly have to book pool view again.

We have just come back from a 9 night holiday to the esra in altinkum. I don’t know why people actually think this hotel is good. It’s actually the worst food I have ever seen in any hotel I’ve been in. Tripe soup ? Water pie with cheese ? Romanian soup? Peasant potatoes and fish with tail still on absolutely full of bones. Also the restaurant was full of flies landing on all the food especially the salads and desserts that wasn’t covered. The dining room doors are open all night so cats or anything can go in through the night. The snack bar has food sat out all day under heat lamps in the sun including the bread buns so they were rock hard. On the very few occasions we tried any food we ended up with a bad stomach and we spoke to some others who found this too so we ended up having to eat out for every meal. I would never go to this hotel again especially when I know altinkum has a lot of hotels that are far better than this one.
