Cancellations will be subject to the hotel's policies and guidelines.

Dez. 2022] According to government policy, any hotels that are open for staycations or any other travel purposes can only accept Malaysians and foreigners who live in Malaysia that are shown as low-risk on the MySejahtera app. Guests from EMCO (enhanced movement control order) areas are not permitted to stay at the hotel. To comply with this regulation, all guests checking in are required to provide proof of full vaccination in the form of MySejahtera digital certification. For vaccines with two doses, guests will be considered fully vaccinated after the 14th day of receiving the second dose. For single-dose vaccines, guests will be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving the vaccine. Guest are only allowed to travel with non-vaccinated dependents who are 18 years old and under if they are members of the same household.
