I love this hotel so much! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great facilities. One thing that I love the most is they switch on the air conditioner way before we enter the room. We are so tired from our journey and when we enter the room is like wahhhhhh so nice. Thanks Parkroyal Afamosa. We will def come again.

Where do I begin with this hotel…?! Booked for 3 nights via Expedia because the hotel’s reservation page kept declining my credit card but still charging it - will sort this out later. Check-in: was told I had to pay a RM50 deposit in cash when I checked in. My hotel was prepaid online but I have no issue with the deposit, except they wouldn’t take credit cards for the deposit as they apparently cannot issue deposit refunds via credit card. I guess they haven’t learned about placing authorizations on cards and reversing the charges. They have Touch n’Go e-wallet stickers at reception but also wouldn’t allow me to pay the deposit via TnG. Fortunately I had some cash on me or I would have had to go find an ATM to withdraw money. Arguing with the receptionist is pointless since they’re merely enforcing stupid and nonsensical policies by management. Room: basic but acceptable. The remote controls for the air conditioning and tv were given at check-in. I guess the management is highly suspicious of guests and will not leave them in the room. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best and water pressure so-so. TV channels have zero channels in English. Guess English-speakers aren’t their intended clientele. Housekeeping does not automatically make up rooms. I was out the whole day and when I came back around 645pm, realised that the room was not made up. By then I had decided to move hotels and forego remaining 2 nights after the first night. At checkout when I told the receptionist about the unmade room, I was told that I had to call housekeeping to clean the room. What kind of half-baked, cheapskate dump has such a ridiculous policy!? I was told that apparently some guests don’t allow housekeeping in and so they just decided to not clean until asked. Amazingly every other respectable hotel in the world has a better solution to this - come back later!! Funnily this ridiculous policy is also not communicated at check-in. I didn’t expect an offer of refund for checking out early. Any hotel whose management is such a skinflint that they wouldn’t even provide daily housekeeping or keep the remotes in the room can hardly be expected to engage in customer service. Oh as a bonus, I saw an ironing board in the corridor. They wouldn’t provide ironing boards in the room of course. The pictures say more than I can. Verdict: never coming back here again if I can help it. Overpriced and does not deserve 3 star rating.

Love it so much, we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the rooms are very clean, wide and equipped with basic equipments and electrical appliances such as microwave, electrical stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. You will be assigned one unique parking lot for each unit after checked in. Customer service is so excellent and efficient. The view is pretty nice, can even see Encore Melaka from our unit. Will come here again next time.

Location wise is good, many restaurant nearby within walking distance; ample of parking behind the hotel too, they do provide coffee for free even milo or white coffee refillable! The room are clean but bed are way too springy, pillow are too soft & shallow can’t support our head. There was a power db in my room making frustrating noise whole entire night, these low frequency noise really drive me crazy. I even need to switch the whole power off to silence it, bathroom are way too narrow, dimmed and lamp r blinking. Sound proof pretty bad especially nearby the road. Overall ok, but won’t be bk anymore

Stromwartungsraum unterstützt nicht, daher müssen wir den Raum wechseln. Übrigens ordentlicher Service, kein langes Warten. nur die Aussicht des zweiten Zimmers ist etwas weniger. sehr komfortables Zimmer gibt es 2 Betten. Es gibt ein Bügeleisen, zusätzliche Kissen und einen speziellen Pool für Kinder. wieder wiederholen kann empfehlenswert 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten vom Ausgang Ayer Keroh entfernt. Der Preis ist mit einem schönen Dekorationszimmer erschwinglich. Das Hotel verfügt über Frühstück und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Obwohl es grundsätzlich ist, ist es komplett mit Ac, Whirlpool, TV, kostenlosem WiFi etc. In der Nähe von vielen Restaurants, darunter 24h Restaurant rund um die Ecke, kleiner Park zum Üben, Supermarkt usw. Nützliche Bergblick in der Nähe. Kein Frühstück angeboten, weil es ein Budget-Hotel ist. Kein Aufzug, nur 2 Stockwerke. MYR85 Gehen Sie ein. Wenn jemand interessiert ist, habe ich am 29. September ein Standardzimmer reserviert, , falsches Datum für mich, mit besonderem Preis

Lage, gut, weil in der Nähe der Ausfahrt Ayer Keroh Nicht so gut - Einrichtungen wie Handtücher, Sie müssen für zusätzliche auch dieses Zimmer ist für 3 Pax. Sonst ist dieses Zimmer gut Betten (1 Single und 1 King) und Kissen sind komfortable genug für 4 Pax. Auch andere Einrichtungen einschließlich Frühstück für 3 pqx

Das ist nicht mein erstes Aufenthalt im Ames Hotel, es ist mein drittes Aufenthalt, und es wird das letzte!! Ich reise fast jede Woche für Geschäftsreisen, sowohl innerhalb Malaysias als auch im Ausland. Ich habe in Dutzenden von Hotels geblieben, wie Sie aus meinem Rekord auf der Agoda Website sehen können, aber das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt je!!!! Ich bin um Mitternacht angekommen, und kein Personal mit meinem Gepäck unterstützt. Es gab ein männliches Personal in einem schwarzen Hemd, das gerade durch mich in meinem Auto ging, ohne Hilfe anzubieten, und es gab auch eine Schwangerin (ein Kunde), die gerade aus ihrem Auto kam, um sich zu prüfen, und niemand half ihr auch. Der Nachtmanager, namens FARED, hielt bei meinem Einchecken bei. Ich bat um einen späten Auscheck um 3 Uhr, weil ich auch eine Veranstaltung unter meinem Unternehmen im Ames Hotel hatte, aber am nächsten Morgen informierte er mich, dass ich um 2 Uhr auschecken musste. Ich habe Herrn FARED vor der Nacht über die späten Abreise um 15.00 Uhr erzählt. Als ich jedoch Frühstück im Merchant Lounge hatte, sagte mir ein Manager namens Joseph, dass ich mit 1 Uhr auschecken musste, obwohl FARED mit mir die Nacht bestätigt hatte, bevor ich mit 2 Uhr auschecken konnte. Ich finde das völlig inakzeptabel. Joseph erwähnte auch, dass mein Zimmer kostenlos aktualisiert wurde, obwohl ich für die Suite zusätzlich bezahlt hatte. Ich fand das extrem grausam und unprofessionell, weil er nicht meine Zimmerdetails überprüft, bevor er mit mir sprach. Er hat es so gemacht, als ob ich eine komplimentäre Upgrade erhalten und nicht Anspruch auf den Service, den ich verdient habe. Dies ist extrem unachtsam, und das ist meine ehrliche Bewertung von Ames Hotel Melaka. Danke an das Personal des Lounge-Services namens DILA für die Beruhigung meiner Frau und mir und die Erbringung eines guten Gastfreundschaftsdienstes.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und meine Kinder mögen es. Personal an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In Bezug auf die Lage ist das Hotel von Mart, Mall und all den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie A Famosa umgeben. Habe meine Übungen im Fitnessstudio gemacht und das Essen im Hotel genieße. Das Essen war köstlich und meine Kinder lieben es. Sicherlich werde ich wiederkommen.
