I would like to rate my stay excellent. It is very easy to visit the local market as the hotel is located at the middle of almora city. Food we ate at the hotel was tasty and the service provided was good. Hot water was available all the time. Behavior of the staff was generous. Lift is also available. Room had a beautiful view of mountains. Two points on which hotel can work - one is tha blanket provided was heavy. If they can replace them by light blankets. And second is limited no of channels available on tv. Overall my stay was excellent. Thanks.

Hi check in 24 oct 2024 The recieption guy is very rude ( old guy) his age around 40-50 We are two *** we check and took 1 room. Later we change mind we said we need 2 rooms. Then he investigation us why where how you become friends like we done the crime. I have been many hotels but i will not recommended. Hotel rooms not properly clean it look like some smell also no hot water no tv. These small things. They give you price by your face if you out of state expensive. Better take some other hotels this one wrost

The hotel person is not supportive. He is unable to understand customer problems. Food service is very delayed.

I have visited this hotel twice( 06 Jun and 14 Jun) There is a lot of hair in the bed in the rooms which makes it feel very dirty. The behavior of the manager is very good, he is a very helpful person. Service was amazing.. Talking about the food, I found it to be average. The chef had prepared cold coffee with curdled milk, which I felt was quite bad, although the other food items were good... Need to focus on rooms...
