Stayed at Costasol for a week when in Almeria & the location is really superb, with easy access to shops & dining options in town as well as major sights and the beach. It was really easy to get to via bus 30 from the airport & a short walk from the Ramblas. We got there before 2 & could leave our bags before checking in after 2. The room was nice and spacious with ample storage space & bathroom was a good size as well (& we love the smell of the toiletries!). It also felt really clean & was refreshed daily. The room had a window facing the main road so it was nice to look out and see the activity, including the Pride parade over the weekend! There is a fridge in the room which was really handy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was more than €8 per person and there were alot of dining options near the hotel. The dining room was really cute, as it's made up like a library. Staff were helpful though we did get directed to a wrong shop for bike hire - Bike King which only sold rather than hired out bikes! We slept with the windows open as we prefer fresh air to air conditioning. One drawback with doing this was the noise from the street - people, traffic & the street cleaner which seemed to be operating at all hours! We got used to this though so weren't prevented from sleeping. A negative aspect of the hotel is the housekeeping which was hit and miss. We only got bottled water on the first day (staff at reception mentioned bottled water when we asked if tap water was drinkable) & on the second day we managed to catch the cleaner who gave us 3 bottles when she realised she hadn't left any in the room. After the first day we decided to buy our own water as we couldn't be sure it would always be available. It would be better for the hotel to have a water cooler so guests can just help themselves rather than have multiple bottles of water which isn't great for the environment. Soap was not always replenished nor was the toilet paper. The lock on the room door is the old style key lock, rather than a key card lock so it didn't feel particularly secure. There was another key on the key ring which we assume was for the safe but the latter didn't work as there was a hole where the lock should have been. Once, we asked for the shower gel & shampoo to be topped up as it was getting low, but staff only replenished that & not the soap at the sink which was also getting low. Other than these *******, we found the hotel very good for our needs & wouldn't hesitate to return if we visit Almeria again in future!

Stayed here right in the centre of beautiful Almería. Tiny entrance Street and the garage is below the hotel - there is a lift at street level which you drive into, stay in the car, turn off the engine and press the button to the level the receptionist has told you is free. Not for the agoraphobic! Lovely airy foyer and staff very welcoming. Lovely room, spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom and nice windows overlooking the town. Within 2 minutes of the cathedral, 10 minutes walk to the castle and surrounded by bars, restaurants and some lovely dress shops! Really enjoyed our stay here. Be aware a lot of restaurants are closed on Mondays but we found a fancy Italian 2 minutes away which was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren letztes Wochenende in Almeria und wohnten in den Apartments Torreluz, weil sie eine Küche hatten und meine Tochter schwere Nahrungsmittelallergien hat, die fast keine Hostelswohnungen berücksichtigen, um sie genießen zu können Beim Eintreffen in die Wohnung waren die einzigen verfügbaren Behälter, eine Sarten mit einem Deckel und einem Serviett, keine Decken, keine Geschirr oder Basiskit für die Sartenwaschen. Als ich am Tag vorbestellte, erklären sie mir die medizinischen Umstände des Mädchens und sagten mir, ich habe nicht q nicht q nicht q nicht q nicht zu essen. Als wir zum Frühstück im Hotel gingen, nahm ich ihr selbst Brot, Kuchen, Milch, Früchte, Flasche usw... Für 'zu dem Frühstücksbuffet' setzten wir ihr ein Glas Saft und sofort kam eine Dame ins Essen, um uns zu zeigen, ob das Mädchen verbrauchte. Wir hätten bezahlen müssen (und fragte sogar, welche Umstände es waren). Natürlich habe ich ihm die Situation erläutert, ich habe ihm die Tupper und das Kühlschrank mit seinen Speisen gezeigt und am Ausflug bot ich mir, für das Frühstück zu bezahlen, aber sie antworteten mir, dass es nicht nötig war. Ich möchte nur auf die Sensibilität der Menschen aufmerksam machen, die sich der Öffentlichkeit an diese besonderen Situationen kümmern, die weder Mode noch Kapitän sind, und vor allem, wenn sie Kinder betreffen, die sehr leider, weil sie seit der Hostelgeschäft ist nicht betreut. Ich war nie davor und meine Tochter ist neun Jahre alt. Ich habe Ihnen immer erklärt, dass Ihre Krankheit nicht eine Beschränkung für Reisen oder Freizeit in der Gesellschaft sein kann. Schließlich kann meine Bewertung nicht positiv sein und ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

El departamento es correcto para muy corto periodo. Nosotros nos quedamos solo una noche. Living comedor y cocina integrados. Habitacion de tamaño correcto, buen tamaño de placard.Lo mas raro, si bien lo habia leido en comentarios, es que la puerta del baño es la misma que la puerta de la habitacion al living (ver en fotos). Si decidis cerrarte la puerta hacia el baño el que esta en el living puede ver tu figura dentro de él. A su vez la ducha es otra puerta y esta al lado de la cama.No lo recomiendo para mas de dos personas. El colchon mas o menos. La calle silenciosa para dormir. Buen abrigo de cama. El sillon del living, regular. La TV basica. Mesa para comer, hasta 4 personas, muy comoda. La cocina muy linda, tenia heladera, cocina/estufa, buena mesada, lastima que le faltaban basicos como hervidora electrica y tostadora. En el baño habia secador de pelo, y toallas suficientes para los dos. El departamento muy limpio. CheckIn y CheckOut independiente, con codigos, esta buenisimo para no tener que ser puntuales en horario de llegada y partida. El edificio esta muy bien, tiene ascensor. Parking como a 300 metros, incomodo. Pero entiendo que las calles son muy angostas y no habria otra posibilidad. El dia, 13 euros. La ubicacion, solo ok. Se puede llegar caminando al centro, como a 10 minutos. Valoro mucho que admitan mascotas, es muy importante que todos seamos respetuosos y cuidadosos cuando llevamos asi nos siguen dando la oportunidad de viajar con ellas :)
