Keweenaw Castle Resort

My Wife and I stayed for our 17 year anniversary in the Balcony room and had a magical time. The hosts were friendly and accomodating, the grounds were breathtaking, the spa and massage were 1st rate, and the room was MASSIVE and comfortable. We will be back to experience in all 4 seasons!

Our stay in the Keweenaw Castle was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the Turret Room with it's views of Lake Superior and its coziness. The binoculars and spotting scope were fun to look for ships on the water. The gracious hosts were friendly - giving us a tour of place (even the residential quarters) and checking in on us - without being too much. We made full use of the amenities provided by the Resort - hot tub, sauna, fireplace, in room kitchen. The room is thoughtfully appointed with robes, towels, dishes, Keurig, teas, popcorn, etc. They even provide black lights to look for Yooperlite rocks on the beach! We would totally love to return and enjoy this place again.

This is the second year we have stayed and I hope to go back at least once a year forever. It feels like a luxurious home away from home. The view is incredible. Gaze at the stars, search for Yooper lights, soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, enjoy the most luxurious shower EVER, enjoy a variety of snacks and breakfast, watch a movie in the movie room, play games….and if you do decide to leave, go hiking, enjoy waterfalls, and eat dinner at the Fitzgerald. But honestly, the beds are so comfy you might not want to leave! You absolutely get your money’s worth.

This B &B was a great find! Who wouldn’t like to stay in a castle?! Home is beautiful and every little detail is taken care of for your comfort from soft pillows, very comfy bed, coffee in room, great view of Lake Superior from our balcony room, giant whirlpool and a full basement to use like your own home! If you want a romantic getaway, this is it!

Our stay at the Keweenaw Castle was nothing short of fabulous! The owners have carefully considered every detail, and the dwelling was beautifully decorated with the guests in mind, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The fireplace added that perfect touch of warmth, and the sauna was a luxurious bonus. If you’re seeking a gorgeous Lake Superior retreat where every comfort has been thought of, this rental is a dream come true!
